Hands down the best PT place around. No matter who treats you, you are getting amazing individualized attention. Kathy in particular has such an intuitive gift of knowing what your body needs and is extremely observant. Randy’s manual therapy and approach is very thoughtful and effective. They are all committed to getting you back up on your feet. I can’t say enough good things about this place. They’ve helped me so much throughout my journey to become pain free.

I had outstanding physical therapy utilizing Pilates techniques with Kathy. She is an exceptional trainer who is easy to understand. She helped me build my strength up post knee surgery, and I highly recommend her and their Gentle Pilates classes.

I wouldn't recommend treatments at this place.

The doctor, Randy, did very little to treat my issues. Randy was probably more honest with me than he should have been. He openly admits that the physical therapy assistants that work for him have more knowledge than he does regarding exercises and proper form. That's like a dentist telling a patient that they can diagnose problems but only the dental assistant knows how to clean teeth. Every physical therapy session that I had with Randy produced no recognizable results. After a few physical therapy sessions, his recommendation was to have me do some Pilates with someone that has no connection with their medical office, someone who his wife employs. He told me to let him know if I started hurting somewhere. My opinion of Randy is that he just became a physical therapist to make ends meet, and he never had any motivation to be a good doctor.

Also the guy who does billing and scheduling is a pain to work with. He will push your appointments out for weeks without thinking about it and without proper notice. Took me a couple months to figure out my opinion of Randy because of how many weeks I went without treatment due to poor scheduling

Drove up and the owner had taken up two spaces in the shade and was super rude when I pointed out it was mean to take 2 spaces when it is 112 F out they yelled at me. I can’t imagine working with someone that is so selfish that they have take all the shade in a parking lot. Shame on you and I feel sorry for your clients

Really friendly front desk staff, great therapists, nice location near bidwell park and downtown. Only downside is they are very busy, so it can be hard to get in to see someone!

I absolutely LOVE everyone at HealthyU and cannot recommend their facility enough. Everyone is always personable, friendly, and patient. Everything is always clean and well maintained. It’s really a great environment all the way around.

I have had a quite complicated case and they have always provided wonderful communication and flexibility when it comes to my care!

Super friendly and great teamwork - I had been to 2 other facilities for my spinal injury and was left alone while placed on machines I couldn’t replicate at home. At Healthy U physical therapy they actually stay with me the entire session cheering me on and making corrections that will improve my mobility and give me homework that I can do-highly recommend
