I love this doctor's office. Not only do I love my physician but I love the nurses and front desk staff. Everyone is nice and respectful to patients.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE TRANS.
The front staff are caring, actual good people but Dr. Meador was horrible. She treated me like I was subhuman and said she didn't have time for me, that I shouldn't have even gotten an appointment but that the front staff were "useless", and that she had "more important" patients to care for. She said I shouldn't be there.
She's lucky I don't have more evidence on what transpired there because I would sue her for discrimination , malpractice and ask for her license to be revoked. I have worked too hard on my transition and myself I. General for her to just stomp all over my progress.

As usual a great visit. Dr Jefferson , thankyou great guy, take the time to listen and evaluate issues. Kind and thoughtfull. Also all the rest of the gang from receptionists to nurses and assistants all so kind and friendly

My wife goes here for medicine. She has been reaching out to the nurses n staff to get her refill since Dr Jefferson put her on every other month. Did everything they told her to. In the staff acted like it was her fault in was rude it was a male nurse. She is in full withdrawal bc of a error the staff made. Then when she calls he made her cry bc she called 3 times from 9 am to 5 pm. Bc nothing was happening. Just wrong .

From reception, to care, to rescheduling, everything was exceptional.Dr. Moore is a God send. My only complaint: you need a more visible location sign.
