Called to ask about getting tetanus shot at 6:15. They said yes, we do them. Told them I was in my way. Arrived at 6:25 & was told they were closed. Sign says 7:00 but they stop seeing patients at 6:30, which I still beat by 5 minutes! Do not go here if you can avoid it.

This place is a joke. We've been here for 3 hours and have not seen a doctor. It's not even busy. The employees are walking around doing nothing and having a blast while the people who pay their salary are waiting for the doctor. Several have even left for lunch while we wait. This place is a joke and the hospital should be ashamed to have their name on the door. I wouldn't wish this hell hole on my worst enemy. How y'all have a 5 star rating is beyond me. Pathetic. I'd give it 0 stars but it wasn't an option. Probably for good reason. I'm sure the employees are the ones that rated it so high. Damn sure wasn't a patient.

Dr. Alexander is great. Visits are usually quick if you get there in the afternoon. Even in busy times I have never had to wait over an hour.

Staff was nice but the doctor wasn't even at the clinic till 2 and the nurse Practitioner was not there till 1215. I waited over 4 hours for basic shots that take no time too give.

You do have to wait quite awhile. Dr. Alexander is a wonderful Doctor!

I was in line for the covid test took no time at all and they did it while I was in they vehicle.
