I bought your tostoneta grande the screws keep on coming out.store doesn't carry it for me to exchange. So I'm stuck W this tostoneta grande that i can't even use it wasn't cheep.. im not happy about your merchandise.. never will I buy your merchandise. I have done business with company on several occasions this last time January 6th I put in an order for 15 mop heads and two mop sticks and it is now January 25th and I still have not gotten my order but they took mymoney .I tried calling the receptionist hung up on me .and now she refuses to answer the phone I left several emails for the email department and have received no response . Which is really sad because I looked forward to doing further business with this company but not when they're acting like shady.

My God what were you thinking when you used the horrible cap on your baby oil? The baby oil is fine, the cap is a joke. I will never purchase this product again because of the "non working" cap.
