Everyone at this clinic has always been extremely nice from the front staff to send nurses to the lab techs to the doctors. They always show so much compassion and when I’m feeling horrible, that makes me feel a little better. I just went in with kidney stone pain and the doctor was awesome. I highly recommend this walk in clinic.

I have hit the physician’s lottery! Dr. Carrington is wonderful! Could not be more happy - he is professional, caring, spends the necessary time with you, and best of all - he listens! Reception staff is excellent - Sydney deserves a raise and an extra day off! Had to have some diagnostic tests completed - they were handled very promptly and professionally by Rebecca.

The front desk workers are extremely kind. The Dr. however told me to take ibuprofen for muscle spasms...and I am on blood thinners. You would think that an MD who reads your file wouldn't suggest something that you do not mix with blood thinners. But, what do I know? I will not be going back to Hamilton West because they treat you like a warm body and not a person, nor do they pay attention to detail.

We brought our hurt 12yo in after a sporting injury. We arrived 15 min prior to their closing time. They had all the lights off to appear closed. They were very short and obviously put out by us coming in. Once we made it to the back, the staff in the back continued to show they were upset that we were there. After the woman showed so much disgust for us being there, a man came if after reading the x-ray. I did not catch his name. He was very polite, showed interest, was not in a hurry, and was a refreshing change from the other representatives of this business.

I would not suggest anyone go to this facility because of the office staff and nurses.

The man we saw last was very good. He would stand out positively at any medical facility.

If their office staff and nursed cannot have compassion for a hurt child, than they need to find other job.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The front desk associates are RUDE! They do Not return phone calls. They try to male you feel incompetent and like it is your fault. I will be calling my practioner to have my test scheduled somewhere else! I am done working with these people! Very discouraging treatment for a patient that is struggling with fighting cancer and now ive been waiting just to schedule a CT scan for over a week becauase either they aren't there or don't call back. I'm very disappointed with how they have treated me every time that I am there. I stood at the desk for 3 minutes while the check in nurse was texting on her phone and didn't even see me standing there. The doctors are decent. Front desk is HORRIBLE!

brought my son to the walk in clinic bc he was having a very hard time breathing during coughing spells… the dr walked in prescribed antibiotics and steroids and sent us on our way… he didn’t even listen to my sons lungs! like we are there bc my son can’t breathe good at least pull out a stethoscope and take a listen! then the antibiotics without doing a swab to confirm the need was also frustrating

I'm changing facilities. I got the results over the phone for 5 minutes, and it cost the same as if I was in the office itself for 2 hrs. That's the first time anyplace I've been to done this stunt. Never again screw you. I'm already getting another facility for insurance fraud in Arkansas as it is. Let me find out and you will be next. I'm don't with medical facilities in this state

I arrived at the clinic and everybody at the front desk was wonderful. The nurse that took me back was very nice.my dr was stephanie ragsdale, she looked at my foot which was swollen and red due to me having a pretty bad gout flare up so she prescribed a anti inflammatory. I asked her if she could prescribe something for pain .. she said we dont prescribe anything for that. I'm thinking she's never had gout before because anybody that has knows how bad it hurts..other than that the clinic is pretty good and the last dr was nice and very attentive. Perhaps all the drug addicts and meth heads have got some dr's scared to prescribe anything.
