Great personable service. Have been using this pharmacy for a year now and my refills are ready without having to call in. For the complaints I see on Covid restrictions, there is only so much a business can do in such a small space. I tested there many times and never experienced what people have stated.

Love the personal care and treatment you get with Dr Mai. It’s a small family type of business in a family community. I read other reviews and see poor reviews mainly about Covid. What do people expect, it was Covid and no one can blame a pharmacy or pharmacist on Covid nor can they control the pandemic or Covid test results. Everyone should be grateful she was open, offers free testing, and will get you results and give them as soon as the LAB gives them. She’s not the lab and she didn’t infect people. Be grateful she stayed open, sells supplies, and answers everyone’s questions! She will help you with every little question and health concern. I stopped going to Walgreens when I found her personal care and treatment with a personal touch.

People have to have patience for a woman wearing many hats in a business. She deals with psychiatrists, doctors, getting the prescriptions, filling the prescriptions, has to call the clients, help the customers, answer dumb questions, legitimate questions, deal with angry sick irritable impatient people and great people in the community. She does it all. If you don’t have patience, go to Walmart or Walgreens where you are just a number and won’t get the personal care. Honestly, no one can blame her on Covid chaos giving her one star based on their own attitude. She is human too and can’t see everyone walking in the door immediately or solve everyone’s medical issues.

I did not like the service I received here. I took a pcr test for Covid on a Friday at noon. It’s now Tuesday and still haven’t received results. Also the lady who worked at the front desk was so rude and dismissive. Won’t ever go back

Not too happy...after receiving my booster shot here the lady pharmacist asked me to consider switching all my prescriptions here...today I went in to fill one and the same lady told me she would not fill it for me, and did not give me a reason... I left, but was bugged, so I called her to complain...at the end of my complaint there was no response...I think she hung up on me! Not a great way to build a clientele

Dr. Mai is awesome! She's helped so many times...calling insurance, calling doctors, making sure my family gets the medication we need and refills filled on time and usually before I even ask. If there's a coupon for a medication she'll find it to help save money. I switched all my family's prescriptions here right after she opened the place and I couldn't be happier! Not to mention she had a great selection of vitamins, supplements, first aid supplies, medical supplies, and other drug store items for a good price and great selection. I never know when I might need aspirin, cough drops, or vitamins, but it sure saves a trip to a big drug store where you can only hope to find what you're looking for.

Very disappointed to receive a COVID vaccine in the same pharmacy where infected people are coming in to collect at test kit. Everyone’s is being exposed. Waiting for a hour with sick infected people. One line for vaccine and one line for COVID-19 test kits. Not a good idea very small pharmacy. Not safe at all 😩

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
No social distance, about 20 people in this small space, slow service.
Worst of all, people take their covid test in the pharmacy and ends up sneezing everywhere.
I was uncomfortable and had to just straight-up leave.
