Good front of house. Good doctors. Horrible service. Arrived at 2:16 for two appointments. They ended up seeing us together which was fine and was preferred anyways. Doctor leaves appointment room at 3:40 and wanted us to get X-rays the same day. Waited until 4:30 before we threw in the towel and left. They don’t respect your time would never recommend.

Cindy and her staff have provided detailed information about the causes of my pain and how physical therapy can help alleviate it. They have also offered guidance on exercises to improve my mobility that I can do on my own after our sessions. Their excellent care is why I have been using their services for the past 12 years.

Walked in, and was greeted by friendly staff, and did not wait hardly at all to be seen. Carisa the nurse was very nice and took down everything I said as far as my medical history. Dr. Culver was very nice and friendly, and with a very knowledgeable point of view; after listening to my health issues. I look forward to visiting with Healthpoint again for my health needs and concerns.

The PA Dr. is amazing he explains everything in detail and most important, he takes his time with each patient, which means the wait might be a little longer, but I promise it’s all worth it.

If you are a workers compensation patient do your research before you see anyone they recommend. Dr. Li is very thorough and diligent when it comes to treating his patients. Through his efforts was able to help me get the care and treatment I needed for my injury. I highly recommend him and will continue to see him for my work injury pain.

These people are such good doctors. They work for you and with you. Thier main goal is to get you better. When I first went here I was nervous but the staff of nurses are very nice and make you feel comfortable on task and making me and others I feel comfortable even during this painful time.
