I’ve had to visit this urgent care twice for a UTI, and both times I was really impressed with the level of care I received. The staff was friendly and efficient, getting me in and out quickly without sacrificing quality of care. The nurses and doctors were professional and took the time to listen to my concerns, explaining my treatment options clearly. I also appreciated how quickly they were able to prescribe the necessary medication, which helped me feel better fast. Highly recommend this place if you need quick and reliable care! Just left after bringing my son in for an earache. What a great experience! We were in and out in record time, and walked out WITH THE MEDICINE! Didn’t have to make an additional trip to the pharmacy. Check in was easy and we were quickly brought to a room. I think Sam was the person who brought us back (sorry if that’s wrong, I’m terrible with names), but she was friendly and efficient. Our NP was awesome, gave a good explanation of what was going on and recommendations for follow up if his ear didn’t improve. Overall a very good visit!

Pleasant and professional staff. A woman named Val was very nice and accommodating, as well as Kelly Owen's. The PA who saw me. I would have given 5 stars, but I had an appointment and still had to wait over an hour. It did get very busy after I had arrived and I was told that there was only one doctor (PA?) To see everyone.

Doctor Reginald that attended to my injury on my visit was very courteous and helpful. I was nervous before I went back in the room but was assured everything was going to be fine once we spoke of the injury. The ladies at the front desk and the nurses in the back office were also pleasant. Thank you for making this visit a very pleasant one under the circumstances. Thank you Dr. Reginald for the fast turnaround on my results.

I love Dr Reggie he is the greatest. He listens, cares and always goes above and beyond. I feel very cared for when I go to Advent and he is there. If you ever need urgent care go see Dr Reggie absolute best, sweetest doc ever!! He actually listens

Friendly courteous and helpful service. Aimee greeted me at the front door and quickly got me checked in. Shanna did a great job checking my vitals. Reggie properly diagnosed my condition and had medication called in for me to help treat my illness. They all did a fantastic job!
