I was new to Medicare and the agent helped me find an excellent Advantage plan where all of my doctors are in network. Now I have dental and vision coverage and a bunch of money for over the counter. My medical plan also covers my prescription drugs too, so I do not need to pay another monthly premium for my drug coverage. My agent helped me find the best plan because she was able to show me what I could get with different carriers. I was scared to become of age, but Healthcare Solutions made the whole process so much easier.

In 2023, Greg Leon Gurbikian's Healthcare Solutions Direct made repeated illegal and unwanted robocalls to my phone number which has been on the do not call registry since 2015. I reported them to the FCC, Florida Attorney General, and I'm about to pick up the phone and call the Tampa police department.

This company contacted me about my supplement insurance about the increase coming my way. They suggested another company. They quoted me a price and I switched. On my bank records they withdrew an amount way higher than told. Of course they wont answer my calls to discuss this. I left message after message, no response! Do not take any calls from this company. They scam you and lie, just to make a commission and leave you a mess to clean up!!

Absolutely spamming my work phone! Asked 17 times to please remove me! Associates hung up on me over and over, refused to take me off the list. called 6 times a day! absolutely absurd to bother Senior citizens all day like that! Do Better! Maria said she took my number off of your list and hopefully I wont have to deal with your rude and obvious moral lacking cold callers any more!
