Dr Anzalone and his group are amazing!!! They were super quick in getting us in and take great care of us. The entire staff is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. They have been caring for our kiddos since their birth and I can’t imagine having to take them anywhere else!

Like many reviews have stated, if you are pregnant avoid this doctors office. The Women's Care Center is full of incompetent medical assistants that don't communicate amongst themselves or to the doctors. You have to repeat your medical history every time to each one. Horrible bedside manner. Don't follow any HIPPA laws, talk about other patients openly. They lose blood work "all the time" and blame it on quest/labcorp. Phlebotomists are fresh out of a 4week training course it seems. TRULY THE WORST IN NAPLES.

Took my daughter to Dr. Ullah, she and her staff were amazing! I got in quick, she was thorough, and both were super helpful and nice! I will definitely be coming back to get my eyes checked by them!

It deserves zero stars. If you are pregnant, DO NOT COME HERE! From first to last visit absolutely terrible, if I had other option I would have taken it. Nurse who first sees you to get all of your information is rude and cold. Doctors and nurses just want to get you in and out they do not care. I was rushed out so many times after waiting far past my appointment time. Was supposed to have ultra sounds scheduled that never happened. Tests run that never happened and things they will say they discuss with you in their notes, they never discuss with you. Poor care I feel blessed that my pregnancy ended up with a healthy baby because these people are the absolute WORST!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Highly upset! I made a dentist appt for my 3 year old daughter a month ago and we arrive to the office ahead of time. The receptionist for some reason could not locate my insurance… he tried a few times. Then told me unfortunately I cannot find your insurance. So I leave and sit in my car and call my insurance. So the lady from blue cross tells me to give the reception a number to call. When I get back into the office, the rep that helped me was gone. Another very nice lady helped me. She called the number that I was given, and she was able to locate my insurance, however, by the time everything situated, the dentist was in a meeting so I have to reschedule a month out. How is that fair? I won’t be coming back here. I don’t recommend they don’t care about your time.

Try to avoid this place. Between the family clinic and lab office. They have the worst customer service. They are too busy talking about their personal life with each other and totally ignore you when you are waiting to let them know you are there for an appt
Then they look at you annoyed like you are interrupting them. The one lady at the adult clinic has no patience and hates to explain to patients and just cuts you off.

Where do I even start? I have had a plethora of bad experiences here. Let’s start with the most recent one. I have been needing a referral for a specialist for two weeks and they have not sent it and now I will have to reschedule the appointment because they did not send the referral on time even though I called about it every other day. This isn’t even the first time this has happened as I have had to leave the office the day of an appointment before because they never sent the referral. Apart from this, they do not like walk-ins and I had an urgent matter that was not urgent enough for the emergency room. So I went just to see if they had any appointments and they were a mess. On top of this I was also misdiagnosed 3 times until I figured out myself that I had tonsillitis rather than just a common cold because my PCP didn’t think to check for tonsil stones and thought I had mono instead. I told them that there was no way that I had mono but they insisted. And I was sent the wrong prescription because they did not check for tonsillitis even though the symptoms aligned and I figured it out myself in the end.

Had a scheduled appointment for 2 kids same provider. Appointment scheduled over a month in advance. At check in I made clear I had 2 kids seeing provider. My oldest was seen without me in the room while my little one had to use the restroom. He wasnt feeling good. By the time he was done we returned to waiting room then told he could not be seen because they called him while he was in restroom. Drove an HOUR to this office. The FRONT DESK STAFF have ZERO customer service. They had a "oh well" don't care attitude. Complete turn off and I may not bring my kids back because of that alone!
