If I could I would give this place zero stars but it's not possible, don't waste your time here! I have an IV power port placed in my chest which has to be maintained through a primary care provider and be flushed once a month through an infusion center and the doctor refused to write my referral for my basic care needs, not only did they deny my referral but the doctor was extremely rude to me and I could hear them talking about me to another doctor when they went out of the room about how only cancer patients need IV ports. I have Crohn's disease and endometriosis and have frequent hospital stays that need IV's placed and I no longer have access that's why I need a port. The whole experience felt dehumanizing and was also hard on me mentally as would be anyone. On top of that I was in the office for over two hours for them to not do a thing for me. Further, now that I have switched my primary to a different doctor and practice they keep harassing me with calls and voicemails, always two back to back sometimes during important events and sometimes waking me up in the morning like today, yet when you call the number back to complain and get taken off the call list it doesn't go through when you call. This place is disgusting!!!!!! My experience was bad enough and now I am reminded every other day that they call me several times. They take your co pay and do absolutely nothing for you but cause distress. Don't go here!!!

The physician's, nurse's and staff are very caring and professional. They have always been considerate and helpful no matter what. Dr. Sabol takes his time with you and addresses all of your concerns, he doesn't rush you through the appointment leaving you with questions or concerns.

Doctor Sabol should have his license revoked indefinitely and be thrown in jail. I went in today as a new patient and obviously had to leave work to do so, which is something I do not do unless absolutely necessary for my health due to the fact I am a single mother of two and I am only 23. When I called in to make the appointment, I specifically told the woman on the phone what medications I needed and why I was transferring over to Dr Sabol and she informed me that the "doctor" would be able to send me in a prescription as I have been on them for years. Upon the doctor entering the room I was in he sat down and asked me "what can I do for you" I responded "I am here to get my medication refilled" he looked me dead in the eyes and said "I wont do that" I respectfully asked why and he told me because that's not something he does. I continues to ask him why his staff would say he does when he doesn't and he threw his mouse onto his laptop and said I wont do it is there something else I can help you with today. I responded yes you can please write my scripts that I have been on for 5+ years as I have not had them in a month. He then again told me "well I am not doing that" he then grabbed his laptop and walked out of the room. I have never been so disrespected by a doctor in my life. He had no reason to treat me the way that he did. He wasted a whole 4 hours of my day to basically tell me to go f myself. So in all do respect Dr Sabol, you can go f yourself.

I will not recommend anyone to any of these locations. Yesterday I was diagnosed with Covid and still can't stop vomiting and feeling nauseous and I asked for something. She said she would check. Never called anything in. Today I called the office twice about the same situation and got no response. Also went on the patient portal and left two messages. No response is a response. I am so sick. No taste or smell, bad headache, vomiting, fever, and this is what you get?

Realmente la atención es súper buena, te atienden con cordialidad, educación, respeto y amabilidad. Yaicira la persona del front desk muy paciente y provocada pro brindarte el mejor servicio, realmente mi esposo y yo no sentimos mejor que en cualquier otro lugar de atención médica que hayamos ido. Handryk su atención inigualable, en todo momento nos sentimos muy bien tratados por professional. Mi esposo se atendió con la doctora Marie Joseph, realmente una gran profesional. Recomendaría este lugar y le doy las 5 estrellas bien merecidas.

Es imposible hablar con el personal médico que se encarga de las prescripciones. Desde que tienen ese centro de atención al cliente es fatal. No devuelven las llamadas, si ellos por error, te dan una prescripción errónea, no hay manera de corregirlo, porque no hay comunicación directa con las oficinas.
