Love doctor Rylan mcquade and team also doctor Brenda Lee ! They listen and take care of you! Not a fan of medical anything but I feel comfortable here with them! Thank you to this team of knowledgeable and compassionate doctors and staff. 10/10

The wait is long even when there isn’t anyone else in the clinic, and some of the staff isn’t very accommodating but Dr McQuade was a total sweetheart.

I was ready to put in a one star review while waiting in one of the rooms after my experience so far. Which is that I’ve been here for an hour and am currently still waiting on the nurse for my medication referrals so I can leave. There was no one in the waiting room and I can’t hear anyone but staff talking outside the rooms. However, when the doctor came in the whole atmosphere changed.

The Dr. is nice in person, but refuses to call me back. I had a questions for him based on our appointment and medications he prescribed me. The receptionist try to answer the medical questions on his behalf without even understand the situation. I’ve had a medical situation that I was concerned could be fatal, he was supposed to give me a referral for a surgeon. The Dr he referred me to hasn’t been working in at least a year. So when I called to ask for a new referral, they said I had to come in for another visit, so they can collect more money from me. Which I don’t have. I’m broke and unemployed. But they still made me pay for another appointment to get another referral for the same issue. So I do, and they don’tgive me a referral because they said that because I’m on a sliding scale they won’t give me a referral and I should just Google a surgeon on my own. That’s what the a$$hole, lazy, useless receptionist tells me when I try calling my Dr to see what the hold up is on the referral. I asked her to please have him give me a call back and yet again he refused to call me. All he does is just throw whatever prescriptions you ask of him, but when it comes to actually taking care of the patients there’s no care. Just writing scrips 💰💰💰 also I received the wrong prescriptions from they’re pharmacy (duhhh 🤦‍♀️) …when I tweeted to call the Dr to sort out why the pharmacy got the wrong prescription, he again refused to call me back. Yes receptionists picked up the phone, but I’m not going to take medical advice from someone who sounds like they didn’t even graduate high school, or even understand the situation. So sorry Karen, your medical opinions just don’t cut it for me. This faculty is badly lacking in customer service from every level. There was just one nurse there that actually compassionate and humane

Absolutely terrible. Cancelled our appointment twice in a two month period for "unforseen scheduling conflicts". Do they realize we can't apply for the next school year until she's had her physical? Already missed school choice deadline because of their unprofessionalism.

Several years ago, it was very good. Not anymore. In my opinion, it's now more of a hub for every specialty under the sun and when care or medication were needed, I was sent elsewhere. Doesn't answer specific questions without an appointment either, even when it's only for an opinion. Will be looking for better care/treatment elsewhere.

I have been seeing Lazara Hurtado for the past year and she does a wonderful job at listening and helping me find the right care i need. She also does an awesome job with following up and getting things resolved as quickly as possible.The staff there is incredibly nice and welcoming. Without going to this location i would have never came across Dr. Witt for behavior health. Although she is not there anymore she worked with Lazara to find the right care and balance and its helped me tremendously. I am forever grateful for the help i receive/received here.

Doctor Mcquade is amazing! Very through, intelligent, kind. Best doctor I’ve seen in years. Healthcare network better do right by him and keep him.

Terrible practice, diagnosing without proper testing is extremely dangerous. I presume this practice doesn't know any better. Don't waste your time here. PLEASE see a real Dr. TY
