First week, first diagnosis of cervical stenosis and pinched nerveand 1st time at a chiropractor, at age 65. I went from excruiating pain in the ER just to be sent home with no relief. I decided to try more therapeutic route of decompressing the nerves. As was told to me, it would he a.slow process and diligence of prevention. But that gave me hope of no surgery. Thanks Dr. Steele. I feel much more knowledeable after1 week.
