Stopped in to the store and met with Chris who is very helpful in picking out a seat cushion for my wife.
He also showed us a tens unit but we were undecided at the time.
We decided later on that afternoon to go for it, but he was only going to be open a couple hours and not again until Monday since we were there on Friday.
He took it upon himself to actually take the product and drop it off at my house on his way home.
Now to me, that is very professional as he bent over backwards to assist us and make sure that we have the product today.
People like Chris are a rare breed these days in retail, and I commend him for his professionalism.

Very helpful staff. Although I was not pleased when my neurologist said that I now require a mobility aid, I knew where I would be shopping for one.

Ordered a lift chair February 17 2021 charged $2,376.47 on my credit card.Still haven’t received
my chair. Was told it will be shipped March 26 2021. As of April 13, still haven’t received my chair.
Med Mart still is selling chairs and other equipment for handicapped people online which they
most likely can not deliver. Take caution this Company is not very reliable.
