We had the opportunity to work with Joel Gilbert after returning home from cardiac surgery. He was very polite and very easy to work with. He was always very punctual and if he was running behind he would always text us to keep up updated on his arrival. We were quite comfortable with Joel and whole heartily recommend him for any home visits. He preformed his task quickly and listen very closely to all of our concerns. The Health Link team has been great in providing care for our 95 year old father. We would like to especially acknowledge Joel Gilbert who has been our home care nurse and who we've now known for over a year. As a nurse, he takes the time to get it right in addressing our father's medical needs and goes that extra mile to help in calming a worried family when it occurs. During the time under his care, our father was kept out of the hospital. Recently, Joel has been reassigned to provide care for our father after a lapse. Our father as well as our family are happy to have Joel back. We would like to thank Joel for all he does--for all the small and big things that he does with such grace and kindness! We highly recommend Joel to others.

I did not meet the nurses, but the RN Joel, spoke to me over the phone when he was attending to my father who is sick with cancer. I live far away, and so I was amazed he gave me his personal number. He kept in communication with me and actually cared about my dad and was attentive to his needs and bigger picture issues. I've spoken to dozens of doctors and nurses throughout my father's illness for the past few years, and due to the way American hospital systems are run, it feels so impersonal and nobody really cares. Joel is one of the few rare ones!

Joel the RN has visited us a number of times since my wife Karen came home from the hospital three weeks ago. His friendly, attentive care has been extraordinary...He is knowledgeable about her conditions and has been very helpful in talking to the various doctors and the oxygen support company. Nothing but the BEST review regarding Joel Gilberts visitations. You could not ask for any better RN. He was very extremely astute, professional, knowledgeable and provided a real sense that your care was foremost in his mind. He is also a genuinely nice guy and enjoyed his visits! If I were to use Health Link in the future I would definitely request he was on my team.
