Dr. Tomchik and his humility will be missed. He was a great practitioner who always listened to every health complaint and tried to resolve the issue. He was also a very friendly and personable man. I fear it is hard to top or even measure up to him and his invaluable years of experience, particularly with his existing clientele.

The staff at Health Circle are true professionals that value patient care and kindness. I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Sandra, Christie, Ashley, Jayden & Alina. I always feel like they care about me, my concerns, and treat me like family. Dr. Tomchik has been my PCP for 10+ years, and has always provided exemplary medical care. It is hard to get a prescription or refill; I have to call a few times to get it done.

I don’t know what happen to this place. Everytime I call to make an appointment it keeps ringing and sends me to voicemail. Then when I do get an answer they place me on hold for a long time. I had a Pap smear done recently and the doctor told me he would call with the results. I called and was told the results would be done in about 3-7 days. I waited about a week and got no call back. So I called and again no answer. When someone did answer they told me they could send the results to my email. This was around 10am. I waited the entire day and never got the results. I called back the next day and of course I had to call a bunch of times to get an answer. Finally after getting an answer the receptionist told me again that they could send the results to my email, again I said it was fine. I never got the results that day either. I called again the next day as soon as they opened and was told the same thing. I said it was fine but how long would it take. The receptionist said only a few minutes and to wait. So I waited about 4 hours and still no results. I called back later in the afternoon a bunch of times and when I got an answer the receptionist said “oh it’s you” with an attitude. I asked if she could send the results to my email at that moment since she was already looking at it. She said she saw the request and that they were busy and would work on it when she could. I finally got the results about an hour later.

I wrote a review a while ago about this office with 5 stars but it seems to have been taken down for whatever reason. Either way, I am making an update/compliant. I have been dealing with a rather touchy issue that unfortunately has me off work and after waiting almost 3 months, the paperwork has yet to be filed and faxed back to my employer. Let's repeat that, 3 MONTHS! Everyday i call and am told that it is on the the Jean Herold Noel's desk to be finished, they never call me back to confirm that it was done as I had requested and the whole process begins again the next day! I *WAS* a proud patient of this facility for almost 20+ years but after these recent events during this difficult time (it was more than just the inability to fill paperwork that got me to this point), I will be going to another doctor as soon as my issue is resolved. I am in the process of filing a compliant with the Florida state medical Board because no patient going through a major health problem should not have to wait 3 months for their doctor to file necessary paperwork. I have absolutely no money to pay my bills/rent (having resorted to selling my stuff), get medication, or even continue treatment because of this whole thing! Unbelievable, I will be going in person on Monday to follow up one last time on the paperwork and hopefully they can fix the problem but i see no immediate change or progress to better themselves.

This one has replaced our general physician. The doctor is always available and takes the time to talk with patients. Wait time is very minimal. Next to the Home Depot so easy to find.

This doctor's office has been my pcp for many years they have had some staff members come and go for whatever reason, but the Doctor R. Tomchick and Jean Herold Noel has always seems to get a wonderful staff very professional just like the themselves I would recommend this PCP Office to anyone.
