I’ve been with Dr. Serrano almost 2 years now and she is the best primary Dr I have ever had.

She is very thorough and never overlooks anything. I have had things that other dr’s did not take the time to catch or look into that her attention to detail resolved very easily.

When I was in the hospital last year, her and her staff were amazing and very communicative and there for me. Checking in on me and following up after the hospital to make sure I was on.

Anytime I’ve needed referrals she has always sent me to great specialists. Not to mention she does blood work and has a pharmacy in office. You never leave feeling like you didn’t address the things you needed to.

Even in urgent matters Dr.Serrano has even taken time out of her vacations to make sure I am ok. Her excellence in healthcare and the love as well as the passion she has for her patients makes her not only an amazing person but Dr. as well.

She also believes in supporting local business and you can tell her passion is to serve and help an unserved part of the community. Her heart is very big. I love my Dr.!

Called to ask question about this type of practice, scheduled a meet and greet a few days out to make sure it was a good fit before paying for a 6 month membership to this dr office. I've had bad luck finding a good dr last 4 years that care about patients and doesnt just push meds and give a 5 min apt. Decided to try my luck with this office. My scheduled phone appointment never happened. I called and left a vm saying i was dissapointed and that this wasnt a good first impression and that my time is valuable. I requested to have my paperwork and payment info removed since this was unprofessional. I recieved a voicemail and text explaining and was called an hour and a half past saying they had an emergency. OK ill give them that. I texted back saying if this isn't common, then maybe I'd like to reschedule a meet and greet, give a 2nd chance. But instead, the dr texted me back and said we aren't a good fit based on my response. Well now i agree, this whole thing wasnt handled properly and it was not a good fit. I need a dr to who can apologize and take accountability for how a new patient must feel. And to just say no find a new office when it makes sense I'd assume I was forgotten before ever stepping foot in and be frustrated. Normal people would be upset and frustrated if a first consult never happened. I even thanked her for explaining but that wasn't good enough.

Health by Serrano is amazing. Dr. Serrano saved my life. Went to most of the major facilities they couldn’t find out what was wrong with me. In less than three months under her supervision, she found the issue and now I’m mobile and able to return to work. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Serrano and her staff they are truly a blessing.

I wish I can put 10 stars what a fantastic place to go. Dr Serrano is soo kind and friendly. The doctors office can be a scary place but this place is full of positive energy and I leave with a smile on my face. The pricing is affordable. The new office looks absolutely gorgeous. Did I mention they speak Spanish? It is so difficult to find a bilingual doctor in my area. <3

This is such a great idea. Dr. Serrano is by far the best Dr I have ever met. She truly cares about every single one of her patients and goes out the way to make sure they are well taking care of. And explains everything to where you will understand it completely. I would recommend her 1000 times to everyone. Dr. Serrano new clinic is so inviting. Extremely clean, welcoming they make you feel at home. She goes way beyond a doctor to take care of you and you can get a hold of her night or day.
