Sabrina Thompson is very rude. Treat people with kindness and respect. Scoffing and speaking down to someone that is a patient is so undermining for a healthcare facility. I strongly recommend you take her away from any interactions with patients.

The providers at this facility are great. I had an appointment with Ann Rubin and she’s so kind and comforting and such a great provider who was willing to go above and beyond. The billing department however is the worst. I was charged $100 even though I had insurance and upon calling them, they claimed it was out-of-network for my insurance and the man who I talked to was very rude about it and told me to just pay it and nothing can be done. I had to call my insurance company who confirmed it was in fact in-network, and they had to talk to the billing department themselves to get the bill removed. Beware!

I’m a student at the school that was referred to the health and wellness center’s PT from my orthopedist. The center contacted me and told me to reschedule with a different PT. When I asked the lady over the phone why I couldn’t go through with the PT there, she would not answer me and instead said, “find somewhere else.” I repeated to ask why and said that my doctor had referred me here and sent all my information and paper to them—he was sure they’d take a student, as they’re supposed to. The lady working with the PT department would not listen to me and then hung up. Super weird and unprofessional.

I have gone here for 4 years. The doctors are really kind and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience with a provider here. Jerry from the billing department can be quite rude and unhelpful. I’d recommend asking for another representative if he picks up. Last time, he began our last call by scolding me for calling again, saying he’d already spoken to me and given me my answer, all before looking up my name and seeing that I was a different person. He continued to cut me off, raise his voice to speak over me, tell me that the option he gave me is my only one (though insurance and the lab told me otherwise), and was overall dismissive and not helpful.

The doctors and nurses were very nice but did not call in my prescription and tried to avoid giving me another appointment. I went to the clinic with a sore throat and even though it looked like strep I tested negative, they then forgot to call in my prescription, I went to another doctor to get medication as my strep throat was an urgent case and it did not help. I called the health and wellness center for an appointment who then just put me on the phone with a nurse who told me if I felt bad to go to urgent care. Also they did not give me a doctors note with apparent symptoms of illness.

Does anyone answer the phone? I have been on hold for 20 minutes. If you can't go in person, don't try calling.

Very thorough, efficient, and proactive staff in every department. I was probably considered a "regular" there, but that's because their services are so great and they are fast! The Women's Clinic worked hard to ensure that all my benefits of my insurance were taken advantage of. Genetic testing, for instance, was something I was eligible for and I'm so grateful because it was life changing.

Review of PT: I had a sports injury (hip flexor) and went to doctor here, the doctor misdiagnosed it to be abdominal wall strain. I was sent to physical therapy and my PT (Tyressa Judge) completely missed her many chances to recognize the problem. I was having excruciating pain for several months. Walking 10 minutes was such a pain that I would avoid any walking. Her false treatment of my abdominal wall was tightening my injured hip flexors and 3 months later I was still having the same level of pain! She sent me back to doctor since it was not working and they were checking me for cancer and liver failure! I was sent back to her again and by that time I had lost so much muscle all over my body due to inactivity that I was having all sorts of problems. A few months later I stopped going to her and because I didn’t follow her wrong diagnosis I started having much less pain. I went to another PT and this new PT immediately recognized the problem. She treated my injured and short and now very weak hip flexors and the pain was completely gone in less than 2 months! This is still not my worst experience with Tyressa Judge. She mocked me several times. One time she mocked me at the front desk in front of another patient and the secretary. Another time she mocked (imitated) me having pain in front of her assistants and another patient. Her lack of professionalism and knowledge harmed me for a long time and I doubt I am the only one that has had such experience with her.
