My experience with the staff and Doctor Brian Maggio was amazing. When I first saw Doctor Brian I could only walk one thousand steps a day. With his awesome help fitting me with custom incerts and advising me what exact size shoe or sneaker to purchase I am walking with my wife at state parks again at an average of at least five to six thousand steps a day. I have my life back. Thank you Doctor Brian Maggio and the Health Aid team. 🙏

We had a sudden need for a rental wheel chair while on vacation. These guys were very helpful. They are great to deal with and have a large inventory of rental equipment as well as items for sale. Highly recommend!

I went shopping for an electrical reclining chair a week ago. I decided to go to this store - the one in largo - just to look at their inventory. I thought I was going to have to visit many different stores, to find the appropriate recliner for my upcoming surgery recuperating period. What a surprise when I entered the store and met Bryan the medical rep. He was patient, helpful, and answered all of my questions. I tried all the possible recliners and Bryan explained all the qualities of each. Bryan really put the time and the effort. I did not buy the chair that day, but I left feeling very happy and like the worry of not finding one was gone.
I came back to buy the chair a few days later. I was serviced by Doug and I had again a really good experience with him. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable plus he explained all the buying steps easily. Again a very nice surprise.
Today my chair was delivered by a young man named Carlos. He is a Technician for the company because he not only delivers but explains how to use the control of the chair. Again, friendly, attentive, patient. We went thru the settings, me trying the chair out, asking all sorts of questions regarding the recliner. The delivery experience was actually very easy and pleasant.
I was very surprised overall at the high level of service this company has. The employees do a job above and beyond average in giving the customers great service. What a pleasant experience this has been for me. I am so, so happy I found them. Now, that I am a senior I will have a place I can go to for my healthcare needs.
By the way, I spent a good 2 hours browsing the store the first time and I noticed that the customers that came in were treated very nicely and were cared for.

Wonderful experience!
Went in looking for a light-weight portable wheelchair for my 91 year old mother.
Joe was very informative and showed me lots of different choices with the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend this company.

Just a pleasure! Had relatives visiting from out of town, one of which is disabled and needed a wheelchair since they had flown. I called Health Aid Company at the last minute and was fortunate to speak with Doug who not only got me what was quite possibly the last rental wheelchair in the Clearwater area during a busy holiday weekend, but was also kind and very friendly to explain the process, which was way easier than I thought. Many thanks Doug and staff for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service experience all around. You will continue to be our non-stop shopping location for any medical supply needs we will have in the future.

I have been there three times and each time they quickly taken care of my needs. First time was a purchase. The other two times were repairs to my rollator. They were pleasant while I waited for the repairs to be done.
