I can't say enough great things about this program and it's staff! During this Covid-19 shutdown, I was unable to get in touch with my child's dentist with a concern. A friend of mine, highly recommended Dr. Ahmed for consultation and assessment. Dr. Ahmed and the staff were so calm and reassuring for him; he was no longer scared; even though he was at a new location with a new dentist, and in pain. Dr. Ahmed was very informative and kind, answering all my questions and concerns. My child received amazing care. I highly recommend Heals Incorporated.

Nurse Kathy has been extremely rude the last few visits I’ve been there and I have been taking my kids there for years. My mother died in October and she was very familiar with my mother we had a long discussion about it and she gave me my condolences, the last two visits that we went there she said that she did not know that my mother had passed and refused to give Huntsville Hospital my phone number instead insisted on giving them my deceased mothers phone number when I questioned her about that she told me that she had no idea that my mother had passed and no one in the clinic had known that. My daughter is extremely scared of needles and has panic attacks while Kathy was drawing her blood she had the tourniquet on very tight and I asked her could she loosen it or remove it once she got the blood flow going, she then got very very rude told me that she knew what she was doing she had been doing this for a long time and was extremely condescending meanwhile my daughter is having a panic attack, freaking out, crying and just absolutely hysterical. After that she had been rude every time I saw her and I informed the clinic that I did not want get drawing blood from my children but she was there at our last visit and was even more rude than before! I will definitely be filing complaints with the NCSB in and the ABN along with notarized statements from myself and my children. Then they proceeded to say that I threatened the nurse which is completely false but like I said I will be filing complaints formally with every board that I can against the nurse and the clinic.

We used Dr. Ahmad at Sarrell Dental. She is the best dentist ever. So after leaving Sarrell to go here just to be able to use Dr. Ahmad. First we went to the administration office. She gave me directions to the "dentist office". Well it would have been nice to know it was at a school!!!! You felt rushed to do paperwork by the dental hygienist that came sat right next to me in the lobby openly asking questions about the medical history. What happened to the HIPPA law? Patient privacy? If you are looking for a great dentist for your kids. Dr. Ahmad is the best one, but at this location not so much. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My Life

Some of the staff members were very unprofessional I felt devalued as a person for speaking on facts of the past visits by a few of the staff members at Martin Luther King some of them were not wearing mask and I feel it’s unsafe to do so working inside a school safety is first as a mother I don’t think I will be using this clinic again If the students are still required to wear a mask why aren’t you health professionals not doing so ?‍♀️
