They were all very nice. You got me in very quickly and explained anything I wanted to know to me very well. I seen the doctor very rapidly. Hey talk with me not at me. It was my second time going to that hospital and I would recommend it to anyone. It was my second time I'm going there since I moved to Florida. And I would recommend it to anyone and I will always go there if I have an emergency arise

Just had a surgical procedure done a couple of weeks ago and everything went well and I couldn’t have been happier with the staff that I came in contact with with there for my operation as well as the emergency visit beforehand. Everyone was extremely supportive and helpful and showed that they really care about the patients that come in that building. The only bad experience was with the anesthesiologist who, instead of giving me a rundown of what his plans were, shamed me for not having insurance and a primary care physician. He argued that I had high blood pressure and I tried telling him my nerves are through the roof right that second because I was about to have my first surgery and he claimed there was no way for me to know that because I haven’t been tested for high blood pressure. I’m mean, every other time in my life anyone has ever taken my blood pressure has said it was great, but he didn’t want to hear it. How about just relay what you’re going to do for the procedure and don’t rile me up to where I want to punch you right before my surgery and everyone can be happy.

I brought my husband into the Er on Sat evening for an issue. I cannot stress enough how reassuring it was to have Dino as his nurse. He went above and beyond for his care and to reassure myself. He has deft found his calling.

The doctor and nurses and staff members were so great. These ppl took such good care of me I was very sick and got the best care from the ER to the private room , the care never stopped. Thank you so much I feel so much better.

I have nothing but good things to say my boyfriend was here for a week the nurses really care about their patients physical therapy team was great everyone is nice the nurse tech , answer the call light right away I'm very impressed with this facility and recommend it

Legit, this hospital and the teams are *best* in class. They have exceptional clinical expertise; every team member is kind and compassionate; the facility is spotless and there was so much attention to every detail in our experience.

🌟Special shout out to my family’s rockstars Shanea and Garrett on the 2nd floor ICU. They were magnificent, and my family is in deep gratitude for these two professionals. 🌟

On November 8, 2024 I arrived at this hospital on time at 6am. I was scheduled for an outpatient surgery that I had actually known for nearly 3 years that I needed. So, as you can imagine, a lot of preparation on everybody's part was done for me to be there that morning. Then the gal doing my preop begins asking a number of questions. I got concerned when she asked about how I was getting home and I told her I had made transportation arrangements as my insurance provided ... that I had arrived by Lyft through Mobivcare and would be going home the same way. She tells me that Lyft is not considered a "secure ride" and soon walks away. I'm not sure of all the discussions that happened after that but I did see my surgeon who said he was OK with my arrangements. Ultimately, the hospital was not. NO SURGERY!!! And then, I used the link on my cellphone to get my Lyft ride home and within maybe 15 minutes, I was on my way home. I am still TOTALLY BUMMED about the whole thing.

My mom was rushed to the ER at WMC because she couldn't catch her breath and kept passing out. They admitted her to cardiac floor. The next day the cardiologist came in and refused to answer her questions. No one was telling her what was going on. So finally I asked the nurse what her diagnosis' were and she told us. SO when question why certain things hadn't been done to treat them nurse said "it's shift change I need to report off and they will take care of this". During shift change the day nurse told the night nurse she had forgotten to give a potassium drink to my mother. So we waited for that and also they said they would give her fluids with lasix and potassium in them. Still waiting on that. Then the PA came in said they need to change out her pacemaker because it was not working anymore. Then 2.5 hours later he text me saying oh its not urgent we are going to discharge her. So I called and told my mom this and she said they hadn't told her yet. 1.5 hours later they finally tell her. She asked why when she was supposed to get IV fluids and medications and have her pacemaker changed out. The nurse said no they changed their minds. The nurse did not have an answer. Just call your dr and make an appt for two weeks to follow up. Needless to say they didn't fed my mother at all yesterday or today saying she needed to be NPO for the pacemaker replacement. That they never did and sent my mother home starving!!! I definitely embarrassed for this hospital and establishment these drs and PA's are representing. They definitely dropped the ball. My mom still can't catch her breath and has a fever. But oh well right. QUANTITY OVER QUALITY!! Just a bunch of liars and uneducated people working here!!!
