Dr. Petersen never did a scan or blood work. I went to my own doctor the next day, and he requested blood work and a CT scan. He could not believe the ER doctor did not do it. I still have the same issues.
It was like the doctor did not want to be bothered. I would never recommend the ER if he were on duty.

I couldn't have asked for better care at HCA Florida Twin cities hospital.
Dr.derby and his staff went above and beyond taking care of me from the nurses, CNA' s, dietitian's, and the cleaning personnel that kept my room clean.
I really couldn't ask for better care I will always return when I get sick to Florida Twin cities hospital in Niceville Florida.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, TCH. Dr Vegas took the necessary steps to assess my situation and see that I was admitted to the hospital to ascertain what the issue was/is. I was able to receive the care I most desperately needed despite being seen by (3) supposed medical facilities prior to my arrival.
I am so very grateful.

This facility’s ER employs clinicians that lack experience and skills. It is worth your time to drive a little further and go to a different ER. The staff are pleasant and friendly, but a word of caution, they are also incompetent.

My experience was very good. Everything went very smoothly from the time I got there right through my discharge. Several workers told me they were very busy but that did not seem to affect their care.

Whenever I visit a patient I try to be there when the cafeteria is open. If I don't want the entree, I can choose a salad. When I go for lab work, I try to get it early so I can eat breakfast there. The prices are reasonable and the staff is accommodating. Charles has been the one I have seen most. He is always cheerful, no matter how long the line might be. He is the main one I have been so impressed with, but not he only one. Robert was there one morning doing double duty at the time I was there, always smiling and calm. When I complimented the tea (Southern strong and sweet), he grinned and said he'd made it. Better than most restaurants where the price is much higher. I've been there with friends who go just for the lunch because it is good and reasonably priced for us seniors on fixed incomes.
