We were there for wrist surgery for my elderly mother-in-law. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Registration, prep team, docs, surgical nurses, ALL were wonderful, kind, and informative. The whole place runs so smoothly and the top notch patient care is the icing on the cake! My mother-in-law said, "I've had a lot of surgeries over the years and been to a lot of places, but this one was far and away the best experience I've had." Thank you to all involved!!

I walked into the hospital and went to the Information Desk. Dave was there and that started my outstanding experience. He had me sign in and then directed me to the people who registered me. That experience was also pleasant, professional, and remarkably fast. I had two lab orders from my doctor: blood work and x-ray. I was told to go to the lab for the blood work and if it was busy to go for the x-ray. The lab was not busy: everyone was professional and proficient. I was out of there and on to radiology quickly. Radiology was also professional, proficient, and quick. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Twin Cities is a very nice hospital. I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery and I spent one night there. Everyone was wonderful and helpful but Glazia was the best! She took very good care of me and made me feel comfortable. The room was very clean and the food was decent too. Breakfast was the best. Thank you to everyone who made my stay nice.

From the time I entered the ER to being discharged the following day the process was very easy, fast, and efficient. The nurses, techs, aides and doctors were very professional, compassionate and attentive. I can’t rate my experience high enough. I’m so thankful for all the care they provided me.

Outstanding hospital! I came here for my hip surgery with Dr. Fox. It was the cleanest hospital I've ever been to, and the atmosphere was so calming. No chaos or sour faces at all.
Everyone from the front desk lady to the lab techs to the nurses were so personable and just amazing!
I've been going to hospitals around FWB and Pensacola since 1970, and Twin Cities beats them all.

After a really bad experience at a Fort Walton Beach hospital, I came here in so much pain and barely able to sit up. Not only was I in and out before I could blink, the doctor treated my condition CORRECTLY, knowledgeably, and with genuine care. The nurses, particularly Jo, were absolute rockstars, too. Hang on to these folks HCA, you will never find others like them! Thank you, thank you, thank you HCA Twin Cities. I'm home and comfortable for the first time in a week!
