Dr. Ricketts is by far the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. She really takes the time to examine me and ask me about any and all concerns I may have. She is the most competent of all of the doctors I've had in Okeechobee and would recommend her to ANYONE! The nurses are also very knowledgeable and competent which means a lot to me. I also use the mobile app to keep up with appointments and medications and even get my lab results without having to walk into the office. Great job team!! Abby is a breath of fresh air and so is Lindsey and the other girls. Thank you so much for all that you have done and will do for me.

It was my first time meeting with Dr. Goulette and I was extremely happy. She answered all of my questions and then I was sent to speak to a lady who was writing referrals and she was so nice and made my nervousness go away! I am so happy that I found a good doctor here in Okeechobee. I have been going to a doctor in West Palm Beach for years.

It was a long wait in a freezing cold waiting room, but well worth every second. Dr. Sousa is an amazing doctor. She was very professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and actually paid attention when I spoke. I think she actually enjoys helping people, which makes her an amazing doctor. I would highly suggest her to friends, family, and strangers. Just bring a jacket and be patient... You'll soon find that it was worth the wait.

Dr. Eisenberg listened carefully to my concerns and asked questions to understand better. I was reluctant and a little nervous but he really tried to help. He was also very aware of my needs and had already prescribed my mammogram before I even saw him. I find he goes above and beyond my expectations when it comes to showing true concern for me as a patient. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor

I woke up with swollen glands. Her staff was friendly, yet professional. They got me in to see Dr. Ricketts that day. Dr. Ricketts was very professional. She took the time to exam me without me feeling rushed or that I was an inconvenience. She prescribed some meds. as well as some blood tests. She personally made a phone call to me a few days later to discuss the results of my blood tests and to see how effective the medicine she prescribed was working. I feel she truly cares about her patients and I feel lucky to have found such a great doctor! Thank you Dr. Ricketts and staff for being awesome!!

Probably the best medical practice I have ever used. Dr Ricketts & her associates are ALWAYS pleasant & professional. Gets to your problem expeditiously. Office staff is the tops too. Been going here for over two years for many ailments. Love, love, love this practice!

Dr. Eisenberg is simply amazing! He actually cares and listens to your concerns. He never rushes out and takes the time to fully understand what you need. He has such a calming persona and the practice is lucky to have him!
