Well run facility, each member of surgical team explained what they were doing during prep. All were polite and friendly. After surgery I was moved to ICU because of nurse staffing. Private room ,very nice nurses who kept me as comfortable as they could. Room was cool but unlimited supply of heated blankets. Dr. Suplee arrived early and after discussing my progress and follow up instructions I was released to go home. The earliest and easiest release from a hospital I ever experienced.

I went to the ER yesterday afternoon. The waiting room was full when I got there and it stayed full until I left. I was there for over 3 hours.I was helped almost immediately. Then had ultrasound and blood work. The ER doctor talked with me twice. Once before tests for my history and after with my results. Everyone was professional, efficient and professional. The triage RN, Nicole G, was amazing. She was calm, professional, very efficient and helpful. Because of Nicole the ER triage patient area was under control and ran smoothly even though it was quite crowded. I was very impressed with her and her management skills. Because of my recent and past experiences at Doctor's Hospital and their ER, that is where I will trust in the care of the Doctors, nurses,etc to take care of me. I highly recommend the facilities and the people who work there.

I would have given a five star due to the fact that the discharge service was dismal. It took four and half hours to complete the discharge paperwork. One person only assigned at completing the discharge paperwork of, we were told, 35 patients. Quite a few patients were furious of having to wait a quiet long time for the discharge and threatened to leave the hospital without the final papers. This process should have been handled more expeditiously, maybe with the addition of more help. Other than this, the rest of the experience was pleasant. The admission, the surgery team, the nurses were all competent and very pleasant. Overall, I would give thumbs up.

My recent surgery / recovery went better than I expected because of your very fine staff. Everyone was very attentive to my needs and I felt comfortable asking for whatever I needed. Each nurse and tech was helpful and kind. If I did ring for say…bathroom assistance I never had a long wait. This was my first major surgery and bio is c part so I wasn’t sure what the recovery would be like. Thanks for being wicked kind to me during my stay.

My wife Susan underwent a knee replacement procedure on February 24. From the moment we entered the hospital we were treated exceptionally well. Registration was fast and efficient. Surgery prep was timely and reassuring. The procedure started when scheduled and was very successful. The nursing staff, both before and after the procedure, were friendly and professional from check-in to check-out. The text communication app didn't work as expected, but communication was great nonetheless. Thank You!

My husband was here for orthopedic surgery. We were greeted at the door and along every step of the way. Everyone we encountered was very pleasant, helpful, and informative. The surgeon met with me after the surgery to review results, and also called my husband at home the following two days to check on his progress. The surgical waiting room was a pleasant surprise, stocked with free coffee, bottled water, and and assortment of snacks, along with a vending machine for additional choices.
In-home nurse and physical therapist visits have been wonderful! Definitely 5 stars!

I was pleasantly surprised for my first time at HCA Hospital. The facility was clean and the staff and volunteers were very nice and helpful. The nurses were comforting and thorough. The Chaplain offered a prayer and was not pushy, rather comforting. I loved that they offered it and brought me peace before my procedure. I would recommend this Hospital!
