My first visit I felt went good and wrote a 5 star review. I'm leary on the second. I'm came in again and waited from 1030 until 1215 for the Dr to finally see me. Then wants more labs when I did labs last visit to now pay for second visit to do labs. I was upset by the time leaving. Today wasn't a good visit from the beginning. First I called while driving there to inform them I would be 2 min late but I kept being placed on hold from the moment they answered. I sat on hold for 7min and then called back. Was placed on hold asking then please don't but again nope. They finally wanted to take the call as I pulled up. Second problem was not calling me back until 11. The medical assistant was awesome the did my vitals both times. Then the intern came in around 1130. Spoke with him then waited until

9 months with this practice that has a different doctor rotation for each appointment. Had arrogant new doctor that claimed Prozac would fix my medical symptoms. HCA Primary Care told me the arrogant MD is there every week and no guarantee I wouldn't have Dr. S.C. and perhaps their clinic is not a good fit when I am requesting I do not want Dr. S.C.

Update: I went to a new provider in St. Augustine: nurse practitioner and she was concerned with my symptoms. I found out I had a serious problem: E Coli and other GI issues discovered on GI map test.

Thankful for leaving HCA Primary Care due to inappropriate doctor.
Received treatment from new provider and will be back to a normal life soon.

Dr J. Keighron it's amazing! She took her time to listen to every issue I have and recommended things that would help. I really appreciate that she takes her time to listen. I definitely recommend her as your doctor.

*Graphic photo* Yes, that scar is there on purpose! The doctor did a biopsy on a questionable area on my throat. My experience with North Florida oral and facial surgery has been a positive one. Thanks to the kind and caring receptionists up front, effectively managing appointments and keeping everything on schedule. They even called after I confirmed my appointment through text message to ensure I understood everything required for surgery and that I was feeling healthy and well to proceed. The nurse I did not get her name, but she was the sweetest. I swear, you could tell she has that kind heart and explained everything that was happening before she did it to keep me informed. Another nurse helped put me at ease telling me she liked my tattoo before I feel asleep. I woke up towards the very end and didn't feel anything. They explained proper aftercare what to eat and what to avoid. They even gofted me a goody nag with a pen, extra sterilized gauze and instructions on aftercare if I forgot. The Doctor is a great guy, and we've cracked some jokes 😂 but he did an excellent job, in my opinion. I'm not hurting very bad at all, very minimal swelling, and I haven't started bleeding since I stopped after about 4 hours or so. I highly recommend this office to those who need wisdom teeth removal. I can't speak for their other services since I haven't experienced them. My surgery took a little over 30 mins to extract my 2 top wisdom teeth and to take a biopsy of the back of my throat. Thank you for reading, and best of luck to everyone and their future surgery.

I have been going to Family Practice for years and they have always gotten me in when needed and are very thorough. The past two years I have seen Dr. Mueller and she is amazing, she always takes time to listen and I never get the feeling that she is in a rush to see her next patient! I also appreciate she stays on schedule and I rarely have to wait long before being called, which is rare for many doctor’s offices. Highly recommend!

Called to set up a new patient appointment I was greeted with Judy. She asked who was my pcp on the insurance card I advised that I don’t believe it was someone there. She stated well we aren’t accepting new patients. I said okay if you’re not accepting new patients why would you ask about my insurance information. She said if it is someone from here then we are accepting new patients if not then we aren’t . I stated I needed to speak with someone else and Judy hung up on me. Upon calling back I got Judy and asked her if she hung up on me and she stated probably did . I said let me speak with a manager. I get Katie the supervisor and she stated Judy told her I used profanity and I advised that never happened. Katie never apologized for Judy’s behavior. Obviously Judy has been there awhile she can do what she wants and she is rude. They have no idea what people are going through who need to set up appointments and to be treated this way was unacceptable. As a supervisor this was handled poorly. Unfortunately, calls aren’t recorded. Katie immediately sided with Judy and there was no help. I would never try for an appointment here again.

I see Dr. Bultman on a regular basis, and have never encountered a more knowledgeable or professional physician. And the staff is outstanding - Louis has been there since I began going to the Orange Park office, and he has never forgotten my name, although he and I rarely deal directly with each other. Julia, Dr. Bultman's assistant, has been there for quite some time and always carries herself in a polite, professional manner. She is efficient, and a real problem solver. Although I deal with very few of the other staff or physicians, it's clear from the moment you walk in that the atmosphere is like a family working together - everyone is in sync. Anyone who wants a very comfortable, enjoyable experience with the best care available would do well to become a patient with this practice.
