I had to get 3 back to back MRIs done today. This was completed by Travis [or maybe it was Tyler]. He was very kind, patient, and professional. It didn't feel rushed and he made sure that I understood the process. I truly appreciate the kindness that you don't often see in many medical facilities. Great service. Thank you.

This place is not what I expected but I got through it. The front desk lady was awkward. Tiffany was very impersonal and a little rude. Andrea and the student was very nice. Never spoke with the radiologist directly. I don't think I want to go back there.

Thank you so much for all you do. It’s not often anymore when I am so impressed about the service I receive. I am so sorry it’s taken me so long to write this but I am so thankful y’all found my Cancer early. From the front desk to Dr. Johnson Thank you! No one wants to hear that word “Cancer” but the earlier it is found the better. Though I work for same company I would never write this unless it were true. My first mammogram at OPMC was the most stressful imaging procedure I have ever experienced. I arrived for my appointment, having filled out multiple registration questionnaires and signing forms online, only to be handed a tablet to complete more forms. At the end of the forms, the tablet told me I owed over $250. I approached the secretary's desk and explained that I was confused as I spoke with two people at Outpatient Registration on Friday and was assured no money was due today. This was after weeks of telephone calls to inquire about my cost. The secretary said they had nothing to do with charges due, but they would call Registration for me "so that it could be explained to me," condescendingly.

All-in-all, this was a very unpleasant experience, and we hadn't even made it to the pulling and squeezing of breast tissue to ensure accurate images. I would never recommend this facility to anyone, not because of the actual procedure, but because of the weeks of misinformation and lack of communication.

Absurd pricing. Went to schedule for an X-ray. They wanted $850+ for a simple spinal x-ray!! When I asked if that was using my insurance, I was told the price was based on my insurance BCBS FL was considered out of state and bc I had a fresh deductible to meet. Which I take to mean they wanted all my deductible money. GREEDY!!!! And then when I tried to cancel I got offered financing. Lady was determined to get my money. Go elsewhere for imaging services!

I have to say I was skeptical, because of prior posts, but I received the opposite service from the staff, reception was very polite and Tiffany was also friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable, I was very pleased. Very satisfied
