Kelly and Angie in the MRI building were amazing. Very helpful. I had an order for a CT scan by my Neurologist. It took a couple phone calls to get my order in place between referrals from my primary and getting insurance approval. After arriving at the wrong office Kelly and Angie went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of that day. Kelly called CT scheduling, they found my order and approval at that time, and I was able to get my scan that day within an hour.

The set up is slightly strange compared what I'm used to. But, Anne (the ultrasound tech) that I had in May 2024 was AMAZING. When no one would see me because of my age, she did and with grace and made me comfortable. She was the only one that predicted my son's date of birth correctly. (Right on the money). She caught something and made sure to double and triple check her findings and contacted all places to set me up. I'm forever grateful for you Anne. You are by far the best tech ever! Thank you

Thank you to the admin staff who reached out to me and made my situation better. She followed up by faxing my report as we were speaking. The company did physically deliver a CD of my MRI to my doctors office in Lecanto. I had my follow-up appointment yesterday, and the CD was there. 4 stars were given due to the fact that I'm not so sure the older CD burner has been replaced at the imaging center or that they have made the phone system friendlier to use. Thank you again for fixing my issue the next day of my first review.

Today, December 23, 2024, I am filing a complaint regarding discrimination. I am 62 years old and, although I am a naturalized American citizen, I struggle significantly with English. Unfortunately, the Spanish-speaking receptionist treated me in an unpleasant and discriminatory manner, even in her own language.

I visited to obtain a license plate, and she requested my license, insurance, and medical referral. She then asked me to complete a form, which was only available in English. When I asked for the form in Spanish, she rudely stated that the company had not translated it. Instead of assisting me, as one would expect from a receptionist, she refused to help me fill out the form, displaying an unprofessional and dismissive attitude.

While the tech are nice and their machine accommodates my size, the phone system is the worst. Also, my reports were to be faxed to my doctor on 11-13, but they were not. I called to have then do it again last week for my appointment at my doctor's 11-25 to have the MRI read. The report never got to Lecanto. Plus, the MRI was BLANK! That happened to another patient of their's. Now, I have to go back to Ocala, from Lecanto, to get the report and CD. Hopefully, a new CD has the images on it.
I tried to call today, and NO ONE from the facility answered. I got billing who are in another building even. I'm disappointed, to say the least.

As an autistic adult it's incredibly difficult for me to find Healthcare workers who take the time to treat me with respect and care without condescending and patronizing me. Jolene took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, she was patient with my anxieties, and genuinely made a terrifying experience bearable. I won't go anywhere but here in the future. Thank you all for going above and beyond with your care!

I just finished with an ultrasound and it was by far the worst experience I have had. The ultrasound tech was short,no conversation,she didn't seem like she wanted to even be there. She pressed really hard down on my stomach, and when I asked does it have to be so hard;her response,"I have to get through the tissue." She was rough and really uncaring,head shaking, huffing and puffing, really rude!Having a baby is supposed to be a happy and blessed feeling she made me feel like it was my worst decision yet. I wouldn't recommend this place. The little sloppy pictures she gave me wasn't even worth it, I could barely see my baby!

Waited over an hour and a half to get ultrasound done. Was quick to rush us in and get our money but then waited so long without being told why until confronting staff. If you have an appointment don't be afraid to show up late. They make you wait anyways.
Oh and the ultrasound picture printer is broken too can't even get a picture of my child
