Office “ opens at 8:00” but no one answers phone calls until 9:00. An answering service will advise you to call back at 9:00 or roll take a message and pass it along. Don’t like this practice. If you open at 8:00, you should be available for your patients at 8:00. Hire more help instead of an answering service if you can’t find time to attend to your patients needs.

Recently had my baby and came here through the duration of my pregnancy and always saw Cheryl. She also delivered my baby. Cheryl is extremely nice and always addressed all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. She is extremely skilled and I don’t think delivery would’ve gone as smoothly as it did without her. I also saw Corie a couple times and she was very nice as well and she was there with me for part of my labor. I would recommend both of them to anyone looking for someone caring and knowledgeable through out their pregnancy and to deliver their baby. Also never waited any longer than 10 minutes to go back or to see the midwife.

If you're a NEW PATIENT make sure to ask when are the less busy days and times. I had an apt at 215 on a Wednesday. 6 ppl came in after me and went in before me. After 40 mins of waiting I had to cancel cause I needed to return to work. They stated it was due to the Doctor seeing OB and GYN which still is not a good excuse. Why give a specific time to be seen and not abide by it. Might as well treat it as a urgent care walk in clinic.

Katherine McDaniel was the best midwife! Someone has recommended her to me after I had experienced 2 miscarriages. She took such care and made sure that I had a healthy fullterm pregnancy. She really is the best and I recommend her to everyone! The office staff is also really great!

Do NOT recommend this place for when your baby gets circumcised. Did my sons circumcision incorrectly and is now being referred to a specialist to correct it from his pediatrician.

I have been seeing their midwife Katie McDaniel since 2019. She has cared for me with all 3 of my pregnancies and helped deliver all 3 of my babies. Katie is the sweetest person I have every met. She is extremely proactive in your care! Meaning if she notices something is off even the smallest thing, she is on top of it giving you and your unborn baby the appropriate care needed. Her bedside manner is definitely the best I have ever experienced from a provider. I will only see her and have seen Cheryl another one of their midwives who is also amazing. Their staff has always been so helpful and kind. Definitely recommend their office if you are in search of a midwife!

whole staff is great besides the on call “nurses” sarah i believe her name was , was absolutely rude and uncalled for . I was experiencing some bleeding while 31 weeks pregnant, i called the office and they transferred me to a on call nurse which was sarah. She gave me two options, go to the labor and delivery or to there office . I chose labor and delivery due to it being closer to me and i felt more comfortable going there , then risk going to the office just to be sent to the hospital anyway. She then responded “ you can go to labor and delivery but can’t come here?” in a very snobby attitude. Absolutely uncalled for i was in a very vulnerable state concerned on why i was bleeding and she chose to be absolutely disgusting towards me. I wish there was a rating for on call nurses at this office. sickening.

I have been going to this office for over 6 years now and I've had nothing but the best experience! Katherine McDaniel is by far the best Midwife I have ever seen. She's very knowledgeable and she goes above and beyond for her patients. I highly recommend her!!
