My husband was greeted at the entrance of the ER and was quickly
raced into the ER. He was treated by 3 nurses working as a team and then the doctor. I do believe the nursing care saves patients.
Waiting for a bed, being monitored kept him stable.
When he received his room and taken there it was the nurse checking him in who witnessed his cardiac arrest and started
CPR, he survived to live another day. I wish I knew who the nurse was, she needs to be praised for her care and skilled knowledge.

Absolutely awful. Family member was admitted and held for 3 days before even beginning tests just so they can make the most of their paychecks. They didn't run any test or demonstrate any urgency, only the CT scan after initially arriving. 48 Hours later they decided to finally do a MRI. Staff is very rude and don't communicate with their patients. Requested cardiologist multiple times and he refused to explain the results or even show himself even though he was down the hall! I had to leave work and present myself because nurses and CNA's just brush off patient concerns. I had to create an account and view the results myself online because cardiologist didn't show up for an additional 28 hours. By the time he showed, we already knew what was wrong and what we had to do just so the cardiologist can repeat it to us. Very disappointing.

I was admitted with heart seizures and a blood count of 30! The nurses and Doctors who aided me were wonderful, especially a Dr, Wright..I am not sure of the spelling of his name..he saw the emergency and quickly mobilized everyone so he could preform a temporary pace maker, he must of had five other doctors in the room plus every nurse on the floor, I know he saved my life. God Bless Him and all the staff for all they do! We are blessed to have such care. Thank you!

I was taken in immediately and most of the ER staff was excellent. One member severely injured my arm while attempting to draw blood. After several hours the doctor recommended I be admitted. After waiting several more hours (I was in emergency from 2 pm until 10:30 p.m. I was told there were no beds available and i might remain in emergency on the gurney until the early morning hours. I chose to leave.

Arriving at an Emergency is scary enough. After getting past the front desk, I had an incredible experience. The nurses were comforting, supportive and professional. The Dr’s were knowledgeable, expeditious and incredibly aware of all moving parts of my care. From now on, this is the only hospital I will go to in this area.

Overall, the staff treated me well. Most were very professional. Unfortunately, they are overwhelmed. There is not nearly enough beds or staff to provide quality/timely care. The emergency room had folks sitting out in the hallways for days sometimes waiting for a room according to the ER staff. The staffs morale was not great, citing the shortage of staff and heavy workload. I definitely noticed it as my nurses would be pulled halfway through a shift to another floor to help. Several times I would have to wait more than an hour for someone to answer my call light.
The Dr's that were assigned to me by the hospital keep me for two extra days and put me on a liquid diet for a procedure with a specialist who was scheduled off for a vacation. SMH

We as a community are in big trouble with hospitals as our area continues to become more populated. Hopefully someone is paying attention and has a plan for immediate development of more facilities and staff recruitment.

Despite the ER being extremely busy when I arrived, I was greeted immediately and quickly signed after they asked me symptoms. The staff made me feel at ease and genuinely seemed to care about how I was doing helping to get my vitals under control before being admitted into the hospital for further treatment and observation.

Most of the staff were great. Mom was cared for in a friendly and professional manner. Only one nurse was somewhat rough in transporting to her room then as if “sorry sweet pea” fixes everything! Over all very good care!
