Used to better until it got bought out by HCA! It’s a training center so don’t expect to see an actual dr! O well time to find a new Dr who actually takes my concerns seriously! Staff used to be nice but is pretty dismal at best!

Dr. Abadir is truly the definition of a great Dr. I’ve been seeing him for about 6 months now and never have I felt so heard and understood. He’s personable and sits with you for as long as you need to talk. Never not have a smile on his face. Highly recommend seeing him! Dr avalos the attending is also awesome !

My experience with the girls in the office is good . Kathy answers the phone ,she is not very nice and is nasty and rude.
Dr.Augustine is a joke . I had a colostomy bag at the time ...I was told to see my primary. When I told him why I was there . His words were " I'm not touching that !!!" But his doctors for the hospital stay I had didn't have a problem walking around billing me for thousands to do nothing. They had no contact with my primary at all so the doctors office had no idea why i was there .They were useless too . I'm thanking God for them kicking me out. I'm heading for Tampa where the doctors are actually. Medical doctors - not Horse doctors. I was a fool to stay that long with this doctors office.

Wonderful and caring doctors and staff. Be mindful that Dr. Gonzalez is no longer practicing. Nature Coast Center remains open and now hosts some new doctors. Michael King M.D., and Brent Rentfro, PA are the names listed at the bottom of the entry door. The Nature Coast Care Center sign on the corner of the property still recognizes Doctor Gonzalez as the founder of the practice. Location is 44 Veterans Ave. In Brooksville.

I have been going to this office for over 6 years now and finally got to see Dr. Jacobs. I have never left a doctors office feeling more positive and understood than I did today. I get extremely anxious about doctors offices, hospitals etc and with 1 visit he calmed that anxiety. He listens and truly cares about his patients. The office staff is always so kind I definitely would recommend this office and Dr. Jacobs to anyone looking for a primary care doctor.

Was biten by my cat and called first thing in morning...the got me right in with NP Reggie and immediately treated. Went back 5 days and received a 2nd dose of antibiotics. The care from Reggie was professional and caring. Thank you for the concern and most of all...getting me better. The receptionist to techs are all fantantasic...very nice and make you feel relaxed. I do believe they still owe me a steak dinner...just kidding...but I,ll keep trying

Wow! Went to My Appointment on July 24th and was greeted by such a beautiful staff of Women. I even received a Steak Dinner...(For Real Folks). Then before my Appointment with PA Brent Rentfro (Who by the way is superb and very thorough...Outstanding is a better word) I was taken to the the Disney VIP Office! What a beautiful Office filled with Disney Artifacts and even two Disney Chairs. The Cast at Dr. Jacob's Office are truly remarkable people. MY Wife Lisa and I are very Happy and Proud to have these fine Doctors & Cast taking care of Us. NP Reggie is also fantastic and got me through a major Cat Bite...oweeeeee. Thanks also to Jennifer for helping me get my Sleep Apnea paperwork done. Thanks to all and especially the Steak Dinner (It's now part of my Body Contents). Lot's of Pixie Dust in the Medical Office! Thanks to all!

Strange to try and call during "normal business hours" that start at 8:30 and yet the answering service says 9. Getting a referral is quite a unique experience as well when your supposed to get a request sent over from a specialist first That's not how insurance works. It would be nice to actually see a physician once in a while as well. I realize it's a so called "learning clinic" but there's a lot to be desired. Kathie at the front desk and Regina do go above and beyond
