First of all, I just Want to start off by saying that the whole experience at the clinic was amazing from walking in the staff very welcoming, very professional very friendly then proceeding to be checked in by the MA very personable attentive you could tell she really cared about giving me the best experience of the patient. Then down to my time with the Doctor Tiffany Simon, who took her time and went above and beyond to listen to my concerns come up with a game plan and put me at ease with the steps that she’s planned for treatment. Overall, if I could give them a 10, I would Because they deserve it definitely recommend this clinic and the staff they Have me as a patient because of the way they’ve treated me and have earned my business.

I never leave reviews BUT in this case I just want people to be aware of the new patient process so that they can make the best (and timeliest) decision. Especially if you are not well and need to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. This review is in no way reflective of the actual care, as we cancelled our appointments before seeing the physicians.

If you want to schedule, you are told you must come there and pickup the new patient paperwork. You cannot even get on the schedule until this happens. After calling and explaining I could easily print them, they did email the documents to me. Otherwise, I would have had to take off work to just pick up the papers. Ridiculous in this day and age.

Then I had to take off work to take them the paperwork. I was told you have to drop them off so they can check the forms. OK. NEVER have I ever had to do this BEFORE I was even able to schedule. The paperwork was missing a few fields, and you'd think I committed a crime. The front desk person was condescending and frankly, kind of rude. I even watched her cop the same exasperated attitude towards an elderly couple that forgot to bring the actual medication bottles. Weird. Again, I'm sure she sees it all in this position but she is also the first impression, so in my case, not good.

Regardless, I finally got the paperwork right and she then tells me she will have to call in "maybe a week or more" because she has to enter the info into the computer before anything can happen. Then proceeded to stick our paperwork at the bottom of a stack that looked to hold at least 20 packets.

TWO WEEKS LATER they called to schedule my husband, not both of us. I finally received a call a couple of days later. We both decided that if this is the the poor experience so far, it's probably not going to be better as an ongoing patient. We both cancelled.

This is such a shame because it sounds like they have a nice practice, however, we didn't experience it in the "just trying to get on the dang schedule" process.

I would also like to say, in the meantime, I called another practice, made the appointment on the phone on my first call, they sent me to the paperwork online and told me to just bring it when I come.

I would encourage this practice to really look at the customer (and that's what I am... a customer) experience and see if there's a better way to make a first impression.... because this was the worst I have ever experienced.

This was the first time I had the worst doctor care visit. I would have been better off going to the hospital instead. I usually see Dr. Hurley who I love and would see her again, but next time I am sick I will go to the hospital and get better care then I got with this student doctor I had seen this morning.This new doctor should have check my throat and ears, but no he only listen to my lungs. This doctor should be ashamed of himself. I would like Dr. Hurley to call me.

Do you want to schedule an appointment with your PCM as a new patient? Well, it's going to take AT LEAST 2 months to see them. You need to go in-person to pick up the "new patient packet", fill it out at home, return it, and in 2 MONTHS they will, supposedly, call to schedule your FIRST appointment. I have never heard of this method used anywhere else in my 35+ years of living. I asked the front desk if, in the future, I would be able to schedule an appointment as an established patient to see the doctor within 1 week if I needed. She said, "well it depends on their schedule".

tl;dr They said to wait over 2 months to see a doctor for my annual physical, so I just changed my PCM to a different practice, instead.
