Dr. Vuletich and the entire staff were excellent. My only issue was the frustrating experience of dealing with the automated registration process. I was eventually able to register with a live person, the registrar was excellent, and the registration process was pleasant and went very smoothly.

The overall experience of the visit was good all things considered. The wait time was essentially none and able to be seen very quickly. The nurses did an amazing job with the care and recommendation. However, the doctor was very dismissive and was incorrect on very important information. A simple question as if a patient will be sedated and he was wrong but stated his sister was an OBGYN, therefore thinking he knew all the procedures. Thankfully we went with the advice from the nurses and they advocated for medical care.

Wife fell playing pickleball. We pulled up to entrance and I went in to see if they had a x-ray machine. They said they was equipped to handle any emergency.then 4 four people went out with a wheelchair to get my wife. incredible care from first moment on.ive never seen better emergency room care than that day. Great job to everyone involved.

Website says they have ultrasound capabilities and they do not. They have a machine but don’t hire anyone to man it. Wasted my time and money. Now I am stuck with an ER copay and expensive bill. I could have gotten the same Ddimer blood test done at urgent care instead of ER and saved me lots of money!!! Update: just received a call from the facility manager, he wanted to talk to me about my review. There was nothing to talk about or change my mind as the facility does NOT offer what it says it does and because of that I wasted time, unnecessary money, and still didn’t get done what I needed. They wanted me my to drive to FWB and wait there for gosh knows how long to get the ultrasound. I don't like feeling like I am being pressured to change my thought or that I am wrong in how it went down, when facts is they do NOT offer everything they advertise. So choose wisely.

I had an excellent experience at this ER. The nurses worked as a team. I received excellent care from Casey, Mellissa, and Cheryl during my visit. Nurse manager James checked in on me also. Mike kept me well informed during my first CT with contrast, making the process comfortable and informative. Dr. Komolafe had a pleasant attitude and was very proficient. I highly recommend this dedicated team for anyone in need of emergency care!!!

HCA was a calm, professional oasis for a guy like me who was having a medical issue. Computerized intake, great doctors and technicians. What a pit crew. I'm going forward feeling better and so happy I chose this ER.

After spending 9 hours the day before Down the road at Baptist urgent care and never getting an X-ray, my wife took me to HCI in Navarre and after 30 mins I had X-rays taken, spoken with doctor and head nurse, so needless to say, I was impressed and the comparison was night and day. Keep up the great work, I will Never go anywhere but HCI in the future for any emergency care
