I cannot complain. It was so excellent. People are very, very nice. They treat me really good and I will go again. The nurses the doctors it was great. It was a clean place. it was pleasant to go there.

This place is awesome! They are all very nice and caring. All private rooms. Not a cubicle with a curtain. It's very quiet. Not like most emergency rooms. They took me right in and started taking care of me. I highly recommend it

This was truly the best experience I’ve EVER had at an Emergency Room, my child went in to get seen, they were beyond helpful. We were in and out, they were beyond caring and friendly towards my little.

I have been cautious about posting this because I don’t want the secret out. This is the best ER around. We’ve never had to wait to be seen. The staff is incredible and the doctors are caring and understanding. As much as I don’t want the public to know, this is the only ER my family and I will ever visit.

***BEWARE*** If you want to spend over $2,140.00 to treat a UTI (urinary tract infection), HCA Florida Mount Dora Emergency is the place for you!! The staff was wonderful, no complaints there. But $2,000 to pee in a cup and 1 hour later get a prescription for an antibiotic...REALLY!! I received 2 bills. The first bill I paid $140.00 after insurance, which I thought was reasonable considering it was late at night and an ER. The second bill for $2,000 for hospital fees!!! I would strongly recommend you continue heading west 1 mile on 441 and go to Advent Health for your emergency needs. You will be glad you did! I noticed all the recent good reviews, just wait until the hospital bill comes in... HCA should be ashamed for ripping people off!!! If this is what our health care system is coming to, we are all in BIG trouble!

My Visit went great,,I was surrounded by a bunch of good loving kind hearted people who worked together and got me in and took care of me and gave me what I needed and it was my first time,,But I was so impressed,, And I just want to Thank each and everyone who took care of me when I wasn't feeling well and to all the Team members that make up the whole Team,, From a very Satisfied Patient Stevie Ricks 👍😊
