Outstanding service. The doctor understood my complaint. He took an X-ray to verify it. He then referred me to the appropriate specialist .In the meantime, he ordered appropriate medications.
The entire staff was understanding and compassionate. Highly recommend! Oh, and open 24 hours.

I have brought my father to your facility several times for care (he even has his favorite nurse) and every one has always been so kind and respectful. We’ve never left feeling like he wasn’t completely cared for. For his most recent visit the doctor took the time to explain what was happening and why without a feeling of being rushed and in a terms I could understand. I will definitely keep utilizing your facility

I was seen Friday 2/28, after being sick since Tuesday 2/25. I went over all of my symptoms and let them know I had taken a Covid/Flu B test at home which was negative and that I had been rotating Tylenol & Ibuprofen with no relief. I had a high fever for 4 days at this point and was unable to break it. They tested me for Covid, Flu, and Strep which all came back negative. They told me to keep rotating the same medicine I had been for the last 4 days that wasn’t doing anything for me and said it was an “upper respiratory infection”. They didn’t offer any kind of antibiotic or anything, just sent me on my way. They were busy and I truly felt like that changed the quality of care that I received, and I don’t feel like they listened to my concerns.
Fast forward to today, Monday 3/2. I was seen at an urgent care facility who actually took the time to do an X-ray and they found pneumonia in the upper lobe of my right lung. I now have incurred the cost of 2 medical visits and could have 2 days of antibiotics in my system and be closer to getting back to work than I am right now, simply because they didn’t perform and x-ray

I had a very nice experience with the staff. They were very friendly, assisted me with my breathing issues and had me out in about two hours after bloodwork and tests. Highly recommend.

I have been to this particular ER several times for different reasons. I am always treated with respect and dignity. Everyone is always professional. It is clean and just very different from other ERs I’ve been in. Like the same goes it’s a nice place to visit, but I wouldn’t wanna live there! Everything positive nothing negative

The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen in a timely manner, which made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. The medical team (Dr Dluzneski and KD) was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to listen and ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Their kindness and efficiency truly stood out, and I am grateful for the excellent care I received.

everyone was professional and caring.
My wait time was only a few moments. I arrived 650an had a staff assist with the check in and was promptly attended to by a Nurse and Md and Xray Tech

This visit was for my husband who had severe neck pain right before his visit. He was taken to a room within ten minutes and treated immediately for muscle strain on his neck and given a prescription. My husband had major surgery a couple of days prior, he was in surgery for almost 6 hours, so he didn’t know why he was suddenly getting neck pain.
The ER attendant was very thorough, caring and helpful in trying to understand what was going on. She stated that my husbands neck muscles were very tight. She prescribed steroids and
lidocaine patches. Thankfully, it is now Tuesday night and he is finally feeling much better.
Thank you for the fast, caring and understanding for what we were going through.
