We recently moved to Jacksonville and came upon this practice. The doctor made my mother (who has long standing mental health issues) feel extremely comfortable. The front desk staff was amazing and the providers were extremely compassionate. Overall after coming here, you can really feel that they care about the patient's well being. I'm so glad to have found this place!

10/10 STAY AWAY! Doctor pushes his personal opinions in appointments and makes patients uncomfortable. While going through a breakup the DR literally laughed in my face during an appointment, knowing that I have BPD. Additionally, the DR is not fulfilling my insurances required 3 month of supply and medication and was late on refilling the medication, therefore leaving me to go days without my medications. They have given me the 3 month supply previously and now just won't. Since he will not properly prescribe my meds, I am going to have spend over $300 for 1 month supply. This DR experience has caused me more stress than relief. I was planning on finding another DR, as these few months have been terrible, and now I am being told they will not give me a 3 month supply without going back for another appointment, even though I saw them 9 days ago. All they want is money, they do not care about patients. My partner was going here as well and faced similar personal biases from Dr. Clouse that made them also so uncomfortable they, too, are finding another DR.

I found this place due to looking for a Dr to assist me with my grief and anxiety. I was needing an appointment quickly due to work issues also and they were friendly and very accommodating. I was able to do all my paperwork online and return it by email and when I arrived everything was ready for my visit. The front end staff is very sweet and helpful. I saw Dr Bosi and let me tell you for someone that was going in with the expectation that I was going to be belittled, judged and made to feel stupid for how I felt that was NOT even close. I was instantly at ease and felt I could open up and talk and release all i was feeling without judgement or any other negative feeling. I highly recommend this office and staff and Dr’s. Thank You OPBHOP for all you do.

The office staff is friendly and personable. The Doctors are kind and listen to what you have to say. Everyone we came in contact with acted like they wanted to be there and truly wanted to help people.

Common courtesy business calling hours are after 8am. Then calling the wrong number and demanding to speak with the potential patient is rude! I will never allow my family to be seen here or allow my money to be spent here!

DO NOT GO HERE!! The doctor is absolutely clueless. Was prediagnosed with Bipolar 2 Disorder but doctor continuously said he didn’t “want to” diagnose me himself with it and wanted to diagnose with a mood disorder instead which is “very common” and “nothing to worry about” DO NOT waste your money, dangerous how ignorant the “licensed professional” is here.

Hi I am so glad that I found this place while being in orange park medical.The doctors show that they really care about your health and that’s what matters, no privacy concerns what so ever at all.I have been placed on meds to help me mentally,physically,and emotionally.I have been going thru my issues for 10years now praying and hoping that things get better....
