The absolute worst place to work!

The revolving door of hiring and firing has to be investigated.

(By the state!)

The amount of time and effort they spend on hiring and firing should go into the infrastructure of the building. But it doesn’t.

The building still looks like it came from 1955.
All dingy, tattered and ran down.

Management is highly unprofessional. They scream and yell at you like it’s a prison!
(HR is never involved.)

Management treats others in management as if it’s high school. (Very toxic work environment.)

Work place bullying and harassment is all this company knows.

Management will harass you or use other supervisors to harass you and start work place drama.

They use workplace retaliation as a way to fire you or get you to leave if you do tell HR about their behavior! (Poor management)

Upper management will suspend you in retaliation to put you in your place. (HR is never involved.)

Spervisors having cameras on their glasses to record others for upper management.

(PHI and HIPPA violation.)

DSPs can curse and scream at supervisors on camera and management does nothing.
(HR is never involved.)

None of the rude nursing staff speaks English. They only speak Spanish. The miscommunication makes it hard amongst staff.

Management is never treated respectfully. They have a “fall in line and know your place” policy!

I told myself only a review will make someone higher up look into this.

Or perhaps the president or owner of this company just doesn’t care.

There’s cameras in this building. So this can easily be investigated!

The two warden’s of the building 1 male & 1 female have been running the company like this for a very long time. Like a prison.

They have ruin this company. Bad for business!

Front desk staff is very unhelpful. I was cut off when I was in the middle of asking a basic question and was transferred to a different line that did not answer. The worker sounded like she was annoyed and just wanted me off the phone.

I don’t know how to treat the DSPs or any coworkers with any respect The up manager. I don’t know how to treat nobody miss Abby And Cheyenne her daughter I feel like they should not be working together and they shouldn’t be because they try to team up on people and that’s why I feel like the states need to come in on them .They need to see had a they treat DSP it is not right so yes this thing needs to be called on them

I worked at Hazelwood back in 2013! The nurses get an attitude with you Everytime your not sure that you do not know something your not sure of! The only people who really treat you nice are the nurse Aides and I worked on 3 east! It was ok but not as what you would expect from a health care facility caring for the mentally challenged residents

If i could give negative stars i would, This is by far the worst facility in america. They treat workers like slaves, everyones to busy sleeping with each other so some people get special treatment others get thrown to the wolves

The place needs a lot of maintenance. The workers are lazy but never miss a break. Upper management is clueless to what really goes on here. It seems to be clean but its a old rundown place.
