So far the only thing I don’t like about this place is that they use a call center . They don’t use a direct line to the front desk for appointments, information, or just about anything. The call center is so rude and annoying , other than that the doctors are ok just a different dr. Each time I’m not really a fan of that but whatever . Literally getting the bare minimum. My shoulder was inflamed and they didn’t want to prescribe me any medication which i thought was weird.

First of all … I wish they can let me put no star at all .”” Avoid this place “”
I decided to ignore some of bad review because I thought it has been long time already so I think imma give this place a try since it near my house.
It was easy to make appointments but they stuffs seem to don’t follow up with the information and give me incorrect information which is wasting my time a lot .
One of the stuff.. I don’t know who is it since she called me this afternoon which is rude . Miss information and even hang up on me .

Their equipment is old fashioned. The place is small and not clean at all…

Avoid it .. don’t waste ur time and money

Avoid this place at all costs. I was very I'll and didn't receive a medical prescription for my health issue after seeing the doctor. Staff was like whatever and felt like they didn't care. Best to go to urgent care or a much more better quality clinic. Parking also sucks.

Stacey is my doctor. She and her medical assistants are professionals workers. I have an ongoing skin rash and maybe a few other physical complications but i am on my way to take the necessary precautions from other specialists. I received great guidance from this clinic therefore I want to give it 5 stars. I will continue to get regualr check-ups since i havent been doing so. I have temporary reduced hearing so i need to consult with an ENT. I didnt realized i was good to go after a follow up with my TB until the medical assistant told me for the second time. I feel so stupid.
