Wow! My experience at Haven of Yuma was truly outstanding, exceeding all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in an incredible sense of sincere care, with every aspect focused on my complete rehabilitation. The physical therapy team is not just skilled, they are truly top-notch, tailoring my program perfectly to my needs. The nurses and nursing assistants are remarkably compassionate and consistently attentive, making me feel supported every step of the way. I was also so impressed by how impeccably clean the entire facility is – it truly contributes to a healing environment. The level of care provided across the board is exceptional, and the food was delicious and a welcomed part of my recovery!

After experiencing a second injury, there was absolutely no question in my mind where I needed to go for assistance and rehab. Haven of Yuma was my first and only choice, based on my previous positive experience. I simply cannot thank the entire clinical staff enough for the remarkable care I received. Furthermore, I must commend the business departments for their efficiency in handling all my insurance needs in such a timely manner and without any problems whatsoever. This seamless administrative support allowed me to focus entirely on my recovery. Five stars doesn't even seem like enough to express my gratitude for the exceptional care and support I received at Haven of Yuma!

Therapy team is really good at this facility. The entire staff was really nice and patient with me. The nursing staff was good as well. They did take a while to answer call lights every now and then but when they showed up they were really helpful. The housekeepers were also very polite when being in the room. I have improved significantly since coming here.

I’ve enjoyed my stay here, everyone was so helpful. Rosie was the best, she helped me so much. She is always helping me, she is the greatest. She really stood out to me, I want to give her a big thank you for going above and beyond. She made a great impression on me, always helping me. I really enjoyed going to physical therapy, they have a lot of helpful machines. Everyone worked at my pace, they had me walking. It was super thank you everyone for caring for me.

Nursing staff is really kind to me when I ask for help. However I do feel like theres not enough of them. As for therapy, I am very pleased with therapy. I feel like I have improved since getting here. I do feel like they can work on their scheduling however. The Dr is very lacking at this facility. There's no response from the Dr. They only show up about once a week. The facility however is amazing.

Had a motorcycle accident late in April and the staff here have been caring and nurturing. Very timely bedside manners and excellent communication between staff.

The therapy team were highly attentive to my injuries and were very invested in my recovery. Every time I would have a medical appointment outside of the facility, they’d immediately want to know how it went.

I’d highly recommend Haven of Yuma if you or a family member are in need of a rehab facility.

The food here is a hit or miss. They do have an alternative menu which does help. The nursing staff is really good with me. I really enjoyed them. When I first came in wasn't able to stand up. Now I'm able to walk thanks to the therapist. I appreciate what Haven has done for me.

My medicine gets to me on time sometimes. I understand they can get busy sometimes so it's not too big of a deal. Therapy in this facility is way better than the other facilities I've been to. They focus on what I need unlike the other places which I like. I ended up discharging and deciding to come back to the same facility because I felt like I needed more therapy and they took me back in the same day. Now I am discharging once again and this time I feel a lot more ready than the first time. I feel a lot more confident about my discharge.

Therapy has been fantastic. The staff was really helpful. They have helped me improve with my mobility. The more steps I take the better I improve. Both admission’s assistants Ulises and Noemi followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of everyday. They made my stay easier. The questions I brought forward to them were addressed in a timely manner.
