3 Unbelievably professional paramedics arrived within 10 minutes, carried my wife downstairs after fully stabilizing her and took her to the hospital while completely monitoring her.
I cannot praise these 3 Angels enough. Incredible, compassionate men, I can't thank them enough

I took ill Saturday morning October 19 in Synagogue and went home. I was running a high fever with chest pains. Hatzalah showed up within 5-10 minutes and took me to nearby hospital despite Hatzalah was not convinced that it was heart related, they could not know my Troponim level was seriously elevated and I was moved to Mt Sinai in Miami Beach.
