Will not be returning. The staff was nice, but Dr. Yeates acted like he had everything better in the world to do then my appointment. I’ve never had a doctor tell me that one of my medical concerns would “have to wait” 3 months for my follow up appointment before even hearing what it was because our “time was up”. Very disappointing.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Checking in was quick and easy (I did the pre-check in). I was 30min early for my appointment and got called back almost immediately after I sat down. The staff in front while checking in were very nice and helpful while checking in and scheduling another appointment. Also the lady that called me to the back and checked my blood pressure and weight was very nice. Dr. Yeates was awesome! He was honest and straight to the point with everything. I liked that because it was easy and quick to come up with a solution. He took very thorough notes. Made me feel comfortable and less anxious with his humor (greatly appreciated). He also gave me a piece of mind after looking over my results and letting me know I am normal in every category and healthy. Because I had two other doctors tell me I have possible rosacea and on the verge of hypothyroidism. I will recommend Dr. Yeates to anyone. I will be back next year!
