My Tele-visit went excellent. I am very pleased with my provider...he's very interested in my progress with my medication. Staying on top of any side effects I'm experiencing and how I'm feeling as I'm transitioning off one medication to a new medication.

Unfortunately, our experience with Harmony United Psychiatric was terrible. The psychiatrist provided questionable advice (even suggesting it was okay to avoid confronting inner truths, which undermined relationships). On top of that, they frequently canceled appointments without sufficient notice. The receptionist was heavily disorganized, constantly messed up scheduling, and often used our visits to vent about her own problems. The entire place felt chaotic and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Had my initial appointment with my new provider Dr. Huffman and I loved her. She spent more than an hour with me discussing my history, current concerns, and new medication. She was knowledgeable and ordered blood work to monitor my levels and I was very impressed with how my appointment went. Very grateful to have found this practice.

I am very disappointed in this agency. Today I had another problem with their management of my care. I have been happy with my Dr care but unfortunately have been so stressed by their office staff and random policies that I will be taking my healthcare business elsewhere. I find a high turn over rate in staff here and the way they have been trained is obvious as I have been spoken down to and my concerns dismissed often. When clients are being treated for mental health I think care should be taken with all interactions. Don’t need the additional stress in my life.

This company outsources their calls from a company in India. They want payment over the phone to a foreign country. Who wants to do that? They also ask for the last 4 of your SSN to cancel an appointment when I did not even give it. I would avoid this company. Seems like a scam!!

Harmony is actually a great option for mental health care. I've gone through a couple of the other major clinics(Life Stream, Serenity) in the clermont area and they seemed to get overwhelmed with the complexity of the issues me or my family were dealing with, even refusing to treat because it was too complex. The people at Harmony so far have been really good with providing appropriate care/medications for me and my loved ones.
