When I first reached out to this practice, I was struggling with severe anxiety and agoraphobia. I couldn’t function in daily life, and I had never sought mental health counseling or tried medication before. From the very start, the team took the time to truly listen to my needs and worked with me to find a path forward.

What stood out the most was how they weren’t just focused on prescribing medication and sending me on my way. They genuinely cared about my mental health and made sure I understood that medication was just one part of the solution. Along with the medication, they encouraged me to pursue counseling, which was a crucial part of my healing process.

Today, I’m happy to say I’ve graduated out of the program, and I no longer need to rely on medication. I feel like myself again, but with new coping tools and strategies that help me manage life.
