Josh and the staff is very nice Josh is a great guy and very knowledgeable but I have never waited so long in the time I’ve been an amputee get get sockets made. I can be a bit understanding about the first leg because they had to get me with a doctor they use on video visit. Get approval from insurance and order my C-Leg but over a month to do that is still very slow I’ve never waited more than 2 weeks to go through all of that. My main issue is that the carbon fiber on the first socket they made me started cracking in less than 2 weeks so I went back in Josh said it was made to thin they put a patch on the cracks and said that the guy in the lab was going to build another one it’s been over a week I called for an update and they said that it will be ready next week by that time it will have taken about 3 weeks and I have never waited more than three days. I like the people and the way we are dealt with in the lobby but there lab and people the sockets are really slow it’s unreal that it takes them so long to do a socket.

Hanger reached out to me with a phone call and explained the reason for long time receiving my socket I appreciate that very much

Great with toddles but they don't keep the word about when you get your custom braces or assistance gear, it's out of there hands,

They really liars and all about the money there, there office manager is a devil , but the doctors seem decent , they don't see how bad the office staff is
