Do not go here! Hamilton West has the most unprofessional receptionists, staff, & "doctors." They put their ego BEFORE their patients & their patient's health. Please choose a different clinic, not one that would put their jobs on the line for malpractice of a patient!

I called to make an appointment for my son. When I asked if they were accepting new patients, the first words out of the woman’s mouth were ‘not Medicaid’. Well ma’am, it wasn’t Medicaid. She was rude and short, making it obvious I needed to seek another place.

So grateful for Michelle Auld and her staff’s excellent and compassionate care. Have had a lot of health issues in the last two years, and my healthcare team always has my back. Receptionist, X-ray techs and other staff always friendly and helpful, too. Highly recommend Hamilton West and especially Michelle Auld, ANP!

I've been a patient here for a very long time. Although I've had some bad experiences there it was due to Medicaid or insurance issues that was completely out of their hands. The receptionist have always been kind to me and everyone I've witnessed walk in and talk with them. It's a busy office, so the return calls were getting difficult for awhile, but I also updated my phone number and it wasn't input, so that's why I didn't receive the messages from them I was expecting. They've made sure they had the right number last time I came in. Matthew Huskey is my number 1, that man has done backflips to keep me regulated. He's taken time out of his own afternoon to sit and council me when therapy was failing. He is truely a kind and helpful human who should get more recognition for his helpfulness and willingness to help his patients. When I have had to go to different practicing offices they treat you like a number, and a code, not a person. I love Hamilton west and their employees, they have to deal with some horrible things in today's age and I think they deserve kudos for remaining professionals.

Only person that was ever helpful in the Pediatric clinic was Dr. John Robert. Ever since he left it has been extreme wait times, no one answering the phone, and no calls returned. My daughter has had a recurrent ear infection and has needed to be seen 3 different times in the last 3 weeks due to high fevers and antibiotics not working. All 3 times my husband had to wait almost an hour past the scheduled appointment time for the doctor. I just called yesterday to get a reflux medication changed for my daughter since her insurance doesn't cover it and was told I would "receive a call right back", it's 3pm the next day and I still haven't received a call back yet. Terrible customer service. My daughter will no longer be seen here.
