Absolutely never going here again. They make it very obvious that the priority is payment. I understand that mistakes happen but before you call someone and tell them they need to take care of their inactive insurance before they can be seen, you should double check your information. I was not impressed with the scheduling department. Very unprofessional and not needed when you are already in pain. I asked my doctor to refer me anywhere else.

I was overdue for a mammogram, and called in On Saturday morning thinking I would leave a message for a callback for an appointment. Not only were they on duty that day, but they had a 1:30 appointment for me. I went in at 1:15, And was out to my car by 1:35. Everyone with her was wonderful and attentive. I have to give a shout out to Julie, the Mano technician. Her technique was painless, Times I had where I felt my chest muscles were being squished down by the machine. She has a great technique to make that not happen, and others there should follow her example. She was also very kind. All in all, a wonderful visit for a not so fun procedure

I have NOTHING but wonderful things to say about this office so I will spare you all the thousand word essay on the ways this place is amazing! What I will say is, i go to Halo for my Mammogram yearly. The techs are wonderful and i swear they manage to make it not hurt lol. I have also had to have 2 biopsies done here. Both times I have had the BEST experience with a very uncomfortable and stressful procedure. Which sounds crazy but it's true! Dr. Hadley is the sweetest doctor you could ask for when going through this experience. She is kind and caring and puts me so at ease. I can't explain it, she just had an energy that is relaxing and comforting as soon as she comes in the room. She talks and explains what she is doing, as she goes, and i never feel like I am not in the room or just another patient. She communicates, so well, every step of the way. But it's not just her. The WHOLE staff at Halo go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The nurse, who's name I wish I had gotten, was rubbing my arm to comfort me during the biopsy procedure. She made me feel so cared for in that moment. I wish I would have asked her name because she was the sweetest and I don't think she even knew how much that small gesture made me feel, she was just being kind. The whole staff is just kind. So yes, 10 out of 10 this place is wonderful! I'm glad they are the caretakers of my tata's!! 😊

Have to get on here to thank the staff I saw today for masking for me with no issues. This was my third doctor’s appointment this week and the other two places the NPs were so unbelievably rude… I was so relieved I didn’t have a repeat of those experiences today at Halo. I thanked all my techs and they said “no problem!” (It’s almost like masking for a few minutes out of your day really isn’t a big deal?!) Really appreciate them accommodating me and not making me feel horrible to the point where I walk out like the other place did yesterday. Very considerate, kind, helpful all around.

I'm truly thankful for the team at Halo; from the office staff to the techs, doctor and beyond. All were so kind, compassionate and caring. I felt so at peace with the care they provided. Very professional and on top of everything, happy to know I'm in good hands and loving hearts.
Wish I could name all the team members that helped me, but they all were so nice and on top of their jobs.

I feel so comfortable in there care. They give great service. My biopsies were easy and healed well, they know what they are doing. They did a better job than the other place, with less pain. Can't say enough good things about the service I received. ♥

I told them the truth when they called guess they didn't like that. I went in to make appointment and did. Couple of days later I hot a phone call from someone named Jackie saying I was rude and that had a note not to let me make a appointment and they didn't want me as a patient. When she told me that I just said oj. Then she called me back less than 5 min later telling me not to call and complain I told her I didn't I told you ok and you hung up on me then you called me back told me not to complain. If I was you I wouldn't trust these people that work there. There is better places in Chico
