Amazing, amazing, amazing experience!! From speaking with Michelle in scheduling who was so accommodating and added special notes to help make the appointment as easy as possible, to being greeted by Lynette upon arrival who was an angel through the paperwork process. Then being taken back for the exam and greeted by Mario, who took the time to sit and explain everything and what to expect during the exam to meeting the MRI tech, Wes, who was calm/understanding and gentle along with Mario. They all made everything as comfortable as possible and Wes played some great tunes while in the mri machine! The experience here was out of this world phenomenal. The ambiance is relaxing, nothing felt rushed, and the staff is absolutely the best in the west. A million out of ten would recommend Halo in Indian Wells. Thank you all for making this experience so lovely. 🙏🏼❤️

Everyone that I came into contact with at Halo were vary friendly. The Radiation and Chemo therapy that I've been going through makes it vary difficult to find any good veins to work with but the nurses were very patient and kind. From the staff at the front desk to the technicians in the back, everyone had a sense of urgency. I never felt neglected or ignored. I will continue to use Halo in the future ( If needed ) and would suggest you do the same. Thankfully, Jimmy
