I’m writing to share a deeply disappointing experience at the Indian Wells location, and I would strongly caution others before choosing this office.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM and, following instructions, arrived at 10:30 AM with a full bladder, uncomfortable, but necessary for the procedure. Despite being on time and fully prepared, I received zero communication about any delays.

At 11:00, still waiting in significant discomfort, I approached the front desk. I was told there would be another 10-minute wait and was advised to partially relieve myself. I did so, expecting to be seen shortly.

Instead, another 15 minutes passed with no update. When I inquired again, I was told the technician (Carmelita) was still running behind and it would be another 15 minutes. That would make it over an hour from my arrival, with a full bladder and growing discomfort, to the time I might be seen.

This level of disorganization and disregard for patient comfort is completely unacceptable. Not only was there no apology or explanation, but no effort was made to accommodate or prioritize me despite the delay being entirely on their end. A courtesy call before the appointment would have allowed me to plan accordingly, but no such consideration was given.

Delays can happen in a clinical setting, but the total lack of communication, empathy, and professionalism displayed here is inexcusable. Patients deserve timely care, clear updates, and basic respect for their well-being.

I left feeling frustrated, ignored, and in pain. I do not recommend this location and sincerely hope leadership takes immediate steps to improve how patients are treated.

Service was excellent. They explained everything when you have questions and they explain to you right away. What’s the procedures and what they’re about to do and what they need you to do to not be scared they make you feel safe and calm my first time there and I loved each staff very smiling customer service

John walker and his dog named walker was very courteous, professional and friendly. I can find no fault in their PET Scan services. Well done! Jazmine took one hour to get my insurance apporval. Radner is a total joke and failed after three months. Avoid Radnet completely. Radnet will not even answer a call.

Service was excellent, beautiful office, spacious and relaxing. Employees were great, thank you. I had a CT scan, wonderful procedure, easy peasy. They did 3 scans, took all of 5-10 minutes. p.s. I hope i need another scan soon. Thanks to all, great experience.

MRI tech was wonderful. Calm and welcoming walked me through all the steps. Aside from the heavy industrial soundtrack emanating from the MRI machine it was as close to a pleasant experience as one gets in the medical world.

My experience was beyond my expectations..
arrived early and everything seemed organized and quiet. Had assistance with everything as I am not that mobile...my locker, getting on table, etc. The ear muffs helped. Thank you.

I was in and out for my appointment. They called that they had an earlier appointment if I was interested. Everyone super friendly. They went through how everything was going to work very thoroughly. All in all great experience.

They We’re on time for the appointment. Got bill right in and out in a timely manner. The staff was friendly. The place was clean in other words a triple AAA rating.
