Dr Blanke is excellent, very thorough…
Office staff not so much billing is a nightmare
The coding is inputted wrong
Our insurance covers a wellness visit once a year no charge if coded right same with blood test being charged
been going around and around abut this still not fixed
Office staff says they’ll call us back no call return nobody wants to listen to our problem. Very frustrating.

So I called my insurance today. And they told me that this facility took my insurance when I tried to call a lady answered. She seemed nice at first, but when I tried telling her what I was calling about, she kept telling me, is it a HMO or ppO? Well, unfortunately, I have a learning disability, and I don't understand certain things. So when I kept trying to ask her to help me understand what she was talking about, or how I can figure it out, she would just keep repeating and got louder. , so sad today that people do not care about clients like they used to. You can tell this facility only looks at them as a dollar sign and not a person to appreciate and take care of it's so sad this place hopefully does not last too long because people like that in the world definitely do not need a job. Or poor ownership of the facility. If someone can reach out to me I am sure disabled act doesn't look kindly there.

I have truly been blessed to be a patient of this place when Matt Baker PA & Jennifer, Williams, APRN have/are on my medical team. Jennifer on our 1 st meeting pleasantly surprised me with the through physical exam on my systems during the visit. I do look forward to my visits ( as few as possible) health - wise. Reviewing previous labs & explaining her concerns/advice to date 3/3 visits with referring consult. I am thankful. I am a dinosaur with technology; and this explains the delay in typing this review.

It was confirming to note that your referral medical person was NOT surprised to learn that labs were included to assist her in her specialty & also to hear her spouse see you also as a patient.

She's also the 1 who informed me of giving reviews on ALL types of services rendered.

THE OFFICE STAFF is GREAT & THANK YOU ALL AGAIN.

Takes time with you, and is so kind , makes sure if he's not able to take care of my health problems, he will send me to a Specialist.
I've seen Jennifer also, and she's been wonderful also ,she's so kind and explains everything to you.

Coming from a healthcare provider myself, save yourself. Matt Baker was amazing, Jennifer Williams and Dr. Blanke absolutely unhelpful. Met Jennifer one time and she didn’t even introduce herself she just walks in and starts blabbering- like I’m sorry have we met? Office staff have never been welcoming or friendly, neither have the medical assistants. Every time you call it’s like you’re a “burden.” Refer you to places that don’t take your insurance and then refuse to fill out paperwork your employer requires in a timely manner for a hospitalization that they have all records and information on, including the fact I have a pineal cyst in my brain (that Dr. Blanke said could be having a multitude of effects on my daily living) on top of the many other health situations I have. How many issues does one need to have to be accommodated to simply fill out a FMLA form? Migraines, eye surgeries, nephrectomies, depression, and hospitilzations but god forbid I pay them money to fill out a form. Not to mention the burden I have of my kidney transplant recipient daughter whom I donated a kidney for, and the multitude of appointments and care I have to handle for her, they simply can’t help me. Do better.

Dr. Blanke is a breath of fresh air! As a new patient, I was immediately impressed by his attentive and personable manner. He explained everything clearly in terms I could understand, putting me at ease and making me feel comfortable discussing my health concerns. His calm and kind demeanor truly created a positive experience. We collaborated on a personalized health plan and scheduled future appointments and tests, ensuring a proactive approach to my well-being. Finding the right doctor can be stressful, and I'm confident I've found an excellent partner in Dr. Blanke.

While the office staff was helpful, using the online portal system would significantly enhance patient convenience. Replacing paper forms with an electronic system would streamline communication and information transfer.

Overall, I'm thrilled with my experience and look forward to Dr. Blanke managing my healthcare journey.

The girl that answers the phone is a jerk. So unhelpful, so unfriendly. The first time I called and asked her if they accepted TRICARE select, she said, "We don't take select, only prime and I don't know why."
Well, now we have TRICARE prime, and not select, and we were assigned Dr. Blanke by TRICARE. So I just called Dr. Blanke's office with a question, and before I could get the words out of my mouth, she said, "We don't take tricare prime, only select." She was so rude. It's obvious she has no concern with helping anyone out. Your doctors are only as good as your staff! If the staff is bad, the doctors are probably bad. But we didn't get the chance to find out.

Suddenly im being charged for this service called E and M? I have been going here 3 years, arent the doctors supposed to evaluate your bloodwork as part of the office visit? I am leaving FL I was upset to be leaving my doctor. But it's time to move on, guess it worked out well.
