Chris and family are fantastic. I met Chris at Helping Hands, where he volunteers his time to repair their equipment. He helped me with a small problem there. He has since opened his own store. I use Helping Hands a lot, but it has come to a point where I need to own various pieces of medical equipment. Chris is MORE than fair in his pricing. He truly believes in putting the customer first. He (and his family) are knowledgeable and made good suggestions for our needs. It is a family owned business and not a chain and his customer service shows it.

Chris delivered the ice machine for my husband’s knee surgery. Chris showed us how to use the machine and explained everything. Chris also picked up machine after a month. Great service, great person and great company! Highly recommend!

I recently had an accident and needed a full array of home equipment including a hospital bed, commode, shower chair, etc. and reached out to Chris for assistance. Chris has been amazing to work with and I am recommending him to all of my health care providers as insurance companies don't provide everything you need and is often a struggle to get last minute.

Chris quickly had everything delivered to the house and set up before I got home and has followed up several times to make sure everything was satisfactory and has even swapped out items that worked better for me. I cannot say enough about his outstanding customer service and highly recommend him to anyone that needs help with home medical supplies!!
